Best internet service I’ve had. Not to hard to setup.

As well the system,but some time down not rocking I don’t know why.

Great kit. Speeds up from 78 mps to 130 mps. Upgraded from the gen 2

Item was purchased in new condition, price was reasonable. salesman was helpful.

so glad I bought this product, works perfectly well even in a very remote area in the Philippines. Couldn't be any happier that my family don't need to be in town just to call me in the USA.

Works great use it for our truck on travel days and have the larger one for our 5th wheel never look back always connected

I’m really impressed, the software is intuitive and now it just works as well as it needs to. There’s some times I’ve noticed the weather, if it’s very overcast it’s might slow down but 99% of the time it works just fine.

We live in a rural area so it's hard to find internet. We did a lot of research and this product seemed to be our best option. It works great. We love it.

The Star Link is great so far. The shame is that Best Buy would not honor Star Links price which was 100 dollars cheaper.

I absolutely love the Starlink system. While camping in Glamis ca it worked amazing. No problems. If you’re looking to buy off grid WiFi Starlink is your answer

I live in a rural area and this is by far the best option offered for internet in my area and at first I love this system was super fast. But in less than 60 days my gen 3 router/modem stopped working I tried to reach out to customer support to report a claim but Starlink does not have a customer support number the only way you can reach them is through their app by email. It has been over 72 hours since I’ve submitted my claim and still haven’t received a message by from them. I have been without any internet this whole time and have no clue when it will be resolved. Starlinks customer support is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Truly disappointed

Using the Starlink on our rv trip through the upper Midwest. It has provided excellent internet connectivity at all of our stops. It sets up and taks down quickly. It is a great solution for internet connectivity.

I like it! it definitely has given me more internet accessibility especially being in a rural area like the Navajo Nation. I couldn't get internet anywhere and starlink was able to help me get that internet access.

Pretty self explanatory, I was getting anywhere from 40-70% faster speeds with my 2nd gen Starlink compared to this one. I have been a Starlink customer since near conception, and this is by far the slowest my service has ever been. If it hadn’t been for a hail storm destroying my 2nd gen antenna (which Starlink assured me would never happen btw) I would have never purchased this. The only plus side is (after 4 weeks of waiting on a response, after already paying out of pocket for new equipment and installing myself) Starlink customer support did compensate me for my out of pocket expenses for purchasing a new antenna, however I will be throwing this one away as soon as the new generation is available. If you can find a used 2nd gen/Actuated Starlink local on FB Marketplace or Craigslist, buy that instead. And before the Elon fanboys come for me, I have spent countless hours on phone with support adjusting/pointing/changing settings/etc. and have never gotten close to my original speeds. The service type, location of antenna, address, etc. have never changed, the only changes have been the antenna.

Goves us great service while out in the mountains where our phones dont even give us a signal.

Works amazing with where a live. Have about 15 devices connected and it works perfectly for online gaming or browsing the internet.
