It was easy to set up and the internet is very good

We live on a farm in a rural area where we have very few options for internet service providers that cover our area. We were pleased to hear that Starlink was available & provide the internet speed & quality for our communication needs.

Great service from BestBuy. We tried the system and had a limited view of the sky, but we still had a small amount of signal. It was enough to allow us to communicate with the outside world.

Honestly had a bad time with WiFi but then someone mentioned this cool WiFi and wow works wonders my download speed on my old WiFi was 2 mbps and they said it would be 25 but it wasn’t so I got this it shot up all the way to 390 mbps which is crazy and I haven’t had any problems and it’s the best I had ever

I live in Alaska, and Starlink has been amazing so far. I've had it for a good while now and it's performed wonderfully through sun and snow. While it isn't as fast as some other options, especially fiber (obviously) it is great to have an option I can simply pickup and move. (And I have yet to have an outage that lasts longer than ten minutes.)

It arrived quickly in perfect condition. It was very easy to set up and has great signal even though it said I have partial blockage. Super happy with this purchase.

Great product! We used post Hurricane Helene and we were able to stream videos and games on 3 devices flawlessly. More than 3 it started to degrade but operating in those conditions o was happy to have it.

Living rural, phone service and internet service is horrible. Starlink is AWESOME! A bit weaker during inclement weather but it doesn’t go all the way out like Hughes net did and phone service is even better. I no longer have to stay in one spot or go outside to make a call! It’s a Godsend to our lives! We did have to pay extra for a roof mount! Worth every penny!!

Staff was extremely helpful. Clearly explained the Starlink system and warranty options. I live in a very rural are of Oklahoma and have no internet options. Hooked this up in 10 minutes and was instantly streaming DirectTV, Netflix and acessing the internet on 2 computers and 2 phones. Soeed is incredible. We had no service provider and the introduction of Starlink has been life changing. The residential plan is $120 a month for unlimited use. We now have smart bulbs, ring cameras, firesticks, smart vacuum and even the WiFi cat feeder! It has been wonderful and allowed me to cut my dish satellite to reduce that expense. You must have a very clear access view to the sky. I have very few issues unless it’s raining very hard and service may be spotty but works to restore as soon as possible. Also for winter, it has a snowmelt heater built in that you control from your Starlink app . Note: you save money by buying the mount pole from amazon as they have way more options. The box is three pieces. You don’t need to hire a tech. Highly recommend

Starlink has been a significant upgrade from the Verizon Service. Cell phone service is much clearer now and videos can be sent at lightning speed. Finally, our internet speed has increased as well.

It was so simple to install and works great! The entire family can be online with no issues.
