The item works perfectly. The store personnel not so good. Female associate was unprofessional and rude interrupting the sales associate that was handling the purchase.

This Starlink was purchase for the church I attend. The church is in a rural area with challenges with consistent and affordable internet access. This has been the answer the church needed.

Customers services was very Customer service was very poor, and we had to wait about 15 minutes to get help. Overall, the service was bad, and they need training.

Works great, i work remotely and this provides a reliable internet source. Love the new gen 3 look, weight and space savings compared to the gen 1 system. Easy fast installation and set up.

If you have no other options, I’d recommend this. Im getting about 150 mb speeds and its a good solid connection. First night it went through a hailstorm and held up perfect, no scratches or dents.

Easy to set up all around, got a reliable and fast Wi-Fi within 5 minutes of setting up the hardware.

Easy setup and operation! Was used in a remote area where cell service is 1 or 2 bars at best. Most of the time there was NO service!! The star link gave us full wifi for phones, radio and even television!! We are also located in a valley surrounded by mountains and canyons Worked anywhere from 100 to 150 yards from the source.

Starlink is the Best, Hands Down. Starlink has never let me down at all.

Works really well in rural area with lots of tall trees.
