    Works as advertised. My Gen 2 did better with connections, but it died. Maybe once this one is on the roof it will earn 5 stars?

    We live about 50 miles one way to town and very little cell service (1 bar) and We decided to give this a try! So much better than we could have imagined amazing customer service by both Starlink and Best Buy would buy this again in a heartbeat

    I got Starlink in April 2024, at first it was good the speed was great and I was able to do everything I needed. By September my speeds are averaging 7Mbps and I can just barely stream tv. Starlink customer service sucks they don’t care just raise the price and give crappy service and internet. They say it’s due to high volume in my area but we live in a 5th wheel and travel to a lot of areas, and they are rural areas with low population. It a lot of money($160 a month) for a average of 7Mbps, just beware and don’t expect anything but bad service from them.

    If ur looking to purchase starlink for gaming I dont recommend, download speeds are horrible & it’s too expensive for what it is. The ethernet wire doesn’t help the connection either.

    I could not find on the best buy app how to pose a question. It would seem third party wifi extenders would be compatible with the starkink router. Is that the case?
