Then you follow the directions on the screen and it still doesn’t play. Not sure if it’s Starlink or Hulu. With that being said its all kind of expensive for interrupted service.

Also FORCING auto payment AGAINST my wishes. (I have medical memory issues) They also monitor what you do... That's invasion of privacy.

Terrible customer service from Starlink

That was when I found out that Starlink provides no live technical support. No phone number, no online chat, nothing. If you have an issue with your service or equipment you have to fill out an online request and wait 24 hours just to receive a response. In my case they diagnosed the issue as a bad receiver and said they would mail me out a new one. Four days later (5 days after the unit quit working) I received the replacement receiver and guess what... it didn't fix the issue. So now I have to go back online to report that their diagnosis wasn't correct, wait another 24 hours for a response (probably longer because it is Saturday) and then they'll tell me they are mailing out a new cable, or dish. Then I have to wait several days for the new replacement part to arrive and the process starts all over again. NO THANK YOU... I'm returning the whole piece of junk to Best Buy!!

You have to have a clear view of sky and a pretty big opening which is almost impossible

No ethernet port

Constantly moving to get the best signal. Overpriced for the quality of internet you get.

I have been trying to get my setup to work right for a week. They keep asking me to waste my time checking plugs. There are only two plugs. Also, they enjoy closing tickets without a solution. If you say write something they don't like or hurt their feelings, Starlink Support will "threaten" to cancel your service that you paid for @120 a month. I never had a business threaten to cancel my service because I disagree with their support team. I have the emails to show they threatened me.

No Customer Support doesn’t exist!

To make matters worse they do not have a customer support email or phone number. The only way to reach them is via the customer app, however you must have an account set up to do that. Since their website is having problems setting up an account you can’t do that. Horrible customer service by Starlink! They do have a page on Facebook where you can get some feedback on problems, however not helpful in resolving this issue. There were comments that they have been made aware of it, however no estimate on when it will be resolved. Extremely frustrating experience.
