This has been great. We have not had any problems since switching to Starlink! It's very easy to install with the help of the app!

I made my purchase over the phone, and it was so simple. Then when I got to the store, the pickup was seamless! Once we got the StarLink kit home, the set up was VERY SIMPLE!! We live in the woods, nowhere near cable network capabilities. I NEVER thought I would have Wi-Fi in my house, let alone the the speed and consistency of the service that this has provided for us! So Happy!!

We purchased the starlink for travel in our RV and it has not disappointed us at all. The product is made of quality construction, the cord is long enough for the RV and various places to put it when traveling. It is so easy to set up and takes almost non time to do it. The signal strength is amazing. Even when we have had trees, we still get a very fast connection and no issues streaming and using the computer. Because of starlink we can use our camera security system anytime we leave. Great product and happy we got it. The only negative is you have to go to starlink's website for any additional products like the pole attachment, etc.

I live out in the middle of nowhere and have been trying to find internet that would work where I live. Starlink was the best purchase I have made all year long! Havent had not 1 single issue with it and it was super easy to set up!

It's a really reliable product, would recommend highly. I live out in the middle of nowhere and can't get any internet providers to provide out where I'm at, starlink gives you great high speed Internet and I'm able to use all my devices.

Where I’m located is limited in options. I tried ATT and a local company with disappointing results. I was apprehensive to spend the money on starlink, but finally bit the bullet. Oh. My. This was night and day difference. I watch movies with little to no buffering and have been able to play online with friends without throwing my controller across the room. Setup is super simple and the app allows you to select a mounting point with ease.

Get it!! We have tried a few option (very limited where we live), and this has been the absolute best. We have had it a few months now and have not lost service once. We have multiple devices connected and no issues. I work from home occasionally, we stream live tv and no buffering. This is the absolute best internet you can get. Set up is simple and has very easy and clear instructions.

Product is great, super easy setup and installation. I was able to connect to the internet in <30 minutes. I now have much faster connection to the internet than was previously supplied by cable service. NOW THE DOWNSIDE: Best Buy LIED and does NOT carry any of the Starlink accessories for 3rd Gen devices. I was told by the online sales rep that I could order the 45m cable and pole mount for the satellite. When I asked them to confirm twice, they said YES. However the system came with the 15m cable and standard mount. VERY angry that I am not able to mount the device on a pole or at the location where there is no interference.

I purchased the Starlink 3 from my local Best Buy and it was available to pick up within a couple of hours. The Starlink was easy to install and provides lightning fast speeds.

Very close to plug and play. Works absolutely great. We were in other options were miserable - Hughes Net, Verizon JetPak. No buffering, just wonderful!

I prefer to buy stuff like this from Best Buy because their inhouse warranty is better then manufacturer. Sure it's cost more but it covers surges and more. This thing is way faster then my weak DSL and no fiber where I live. Go online to buy mount after you purchase this.

I live in a rural area that doesn’t offer any internet service. When the T-mobile wireless came out I called T-Mobile and they said it would work great. It was worse than my phone hot spot. Then I got Hughes because they we going on about their service and their new satellite. Hughes net was worse then T-Mobile. I finally broke down and boost Starlink. Absolute game changer. Upload and download speeds are amazing. Even online gaming is awesome. If you run a network cable to the router it’s even better but even using it wirelessly across multiple devices is superb.

Fired up right away, easy to activate, works better than the previous model I was replacing in terms of "events" like brief outages of a few seconds. Old one used to have many per day; this one has had only a few in the 3 weeks it's been up. Be aware though, when you set it up you only have one hour of internet in which to get the activation completed.

The hardware itself is easy to install and set up and the app is much better with the updates over the past few months. Unfortunately, you have to have a very clear opening of the sky to have continuous connectivity; pretty much an open field about 1 acre in size by my guess. The wifi range is impressive for the 2.4 GHz band. Speeds for both bands was good. The hardware failed me after about 10 months of use. In the process of making a claim on the 24-month hardware warranty.
