This product is a game changer in the internet providing world. It’s well worth the money. Best Buy helped me with not only set up, but with great customer service along the way. I have no issues with reception even being out in the boondocks. My internet connection never lets me down even in the worst of weather situations. I often tell people the reception I receive is like the post office. It’s delivered rain, sleet, or snow. No regrets on my end. I live in a heavily wooded area. No issues. I’m happy with my purchase.

I live in a rural area that does not have cable access or DSL access. I had been using a mobile hotspot to connect and work remotely. I found that when I was required to share data during video conferences, it was sometimes "sketchy." I needed a service that was reliable. I tried HughesNet, but while my download speeds were decent, the upload speeds were very poor. My wife's colleague that lives not far from our residence said that she had recently upgraded to Starlink and was very happy with her decision. So I purchased the equipment from Best Buy to set up myself. After contacting Starlink, starting the service, downloading the mobile app, I was up and running within a couple of hours. Since the kit only comes with 50' of cable, which wasn't enough for my placement of the receiver, I purchased an additional 150' cable and a pole mount. My download speeds are from 50 to 75 mbps and my upload speeds have been averaging 20 to 25 mbps, which works great!

The new Starlink works great. It was very annoying that it was incompatible with my previous Starlink. I couldn't simply replace the router, I had to hire someone to take down the Starlink off the roof and return the device, router and cables to Starlink for credit. Now my Starlink is on a bench in my backyard, not on the roof., It will cause trouble when I need to mow my lawn.

I LIVE IN JAMAICA AND HAVE USED THE STARLINK STANDARD KIT AND HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY SATISFIED. HOWEVER, SINCE THE PASSING OF HURRICANE MELISSA, I NOW NEEDED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER KIT AS SYARLINK IS THE ONLY SYSTEM THAT IS EFFECTIVELY WORKING ON THE ISLAND. ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 I GIVE IT A 10

Absolutely satisfied wth Starlink. It was easy to install and the quality of the reception is terrific. We live in the country and have never had good wifi or television reception now it is excellent. Also saves me 80 dollars a month by canceling my tv and wifi contracts

The installation was challenging. The "kickstand", which is the only mounting component that comes with the kit, is useless and, frankly, a waste of otherwise perfectly good "PLASTIC". The actual hardware NECESSARY to permanently attach the antenna is, as they say, SOLD SEPARATELY, and is not inexpensive. After overcoming the absent required mounting hardware, the balance of the setup was straight forward.

This is our 2nd Starlink. It was easy to set up and works great.

Quick and simple setup. Easy to use. Definitely recommend ordering a mount and making sure you have good clearance and visibility or the sky. Runs a couple gaming pcs fairly well. Will Know it’s full capabilities as soon as we get the mount and have it on top of the house.

So, I'm a contractor and deploy to places all around the world. Starlink is a game-changer if you like being plugged-in to the world. I am able to communicate to my family daily, watch movies and shows (with VPN), keep up-to-date on world news, and maintain finances and services online; pretty much wherever. It has been an amazing investment for me!

This was a lifesaver for me. Working from home in a rural area was going to be a challenge without an internet service provider available. This was so easy to install and setup. So far I have a reliable connection without any service interruptions.

Great product, used while RV camping, works great, just make sure you have an unobstructed view of the sky like a satellite dish

Slow DSL, Non-Existent Cable and an incomplete fiber build out... Enter the life saving hero of our internet story. Averaging 300 down/25 up, it runs our smart home rain or shine. When the neighborhood running dsl or fiber (middle of town) goes down (frequently), we're still humming along. Price is higher than it should be but hard to complain when it works so well.
