Purchased following Hurricane Beryl and a long power and internet outage. Plug & play, can turn service on / off as needed (by billing cycle), and excellent speed. Was able to use for work, television, streaming, etc. Made our time without permanent power much better! Thanks, ELON!

When I walked into Best Buy in Joplin, Missouri I was greeted by 2 guys that were an unlimited source of information about Starlink. They answered every question I had and even added to the conversation about things I didn't even know that I didn't know. they explained the installation and when I got home, I looked like an expert!!

Love our Starlink! Where we are living the fastest internet we were able to get was 25mbps. With our starlink we are getting 180mbps+. We never have any outages unless our power is out. I’ve already recommended Starlink to 3 people!

We asked lots of questions and got all our answers at Best Buy. Setup was super easy at our business.

Easy to set up, can be used when there is no power with battery and inverter, or generator. You don't realize how valuable it is until you have been through a disaster like Helene. Starlink was the only we had to communicate for 2 weeks.

The panel is great! But the service agent at BestBuy suggested the in correct mount. We need the Wall Mount which should’ve been order instead of the roof mount. I have to go back & order a new mount then replace the first mount. Other than that the product is great.

This Starlink was purchase for the church I attend. The church is in a rural area with challenges with consistent and affordable internet access. This has been the answer the church needed.

This thing is amazing! We got it for our Rv and this has worked at all 3 places we’ve traveled so far and two of the places were in the middle of no where.Price is a bit high but worth it.

Can't go wrong with Starlink if you can afford to. The setup was very easy. From the large pamphlet inside the box to the app walk-thru was all simple. The connection is great, and the connection feedback in the app is excellent! I highly recommend it.
