A very good Dig-Dug type digging but be careful how you dig so you can get all the loot before not being able to get them so dig carefully and take your time and get much as you can.

This is a very good metroidvania type of game. Its not like the 1st game where the levels were randomly generated. This one doesnt have the randomness, in my opinion, makes it better.

It may not have as unique a personality as something like Hollow Knight or Guacamelee, but Steamworld Dig 2 and its predecessor are very solid Metroidvania. You may have the sense that you can't remember anything specific that happened after you're done, but it is enjoyable in the moment and professionally executed.

Steamworld Dig 2 is very much the same game as the original, but without procedural generation this time. I liked the deeper RPG mechanics and puzzles, but I really missed the surprises that the original game's procedural generation provided. If you liked the original, this is definitely worth picking up.

This game is addicting right off the bat. The only complaint I have is that you can’t go back to catch some things you may have missed. I’m sure there is a map/strategy guide but I didn’t by it. Great game for mom and kids as well!!

One of the best games of the year! Was on sale for $19.99 ($15.99 GCU). Can’t beat that and would recommend it to indie fans or anyone that likes classic metroidvania’s.

Never heard of this game but saw it on sale. I looked up reviews and they were good. Figured I try it out and glad I did. You will not be disappointed.

This is easily one of my favorite games from 2017, I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for another fun 2d style metroidvania game.

Challenging game in same vein as original, but with more extras, bigger maps and traps. Dont miss this digging bonanza game!

Fun fun fun...this game rewards you for exploration and makes it fun. I play this at least twice a week.

This game has been great so far. I like playing this game in the switch portable mode to kill time.

If you played the first Steamworld you will love this one with the improved graphics and gameplay.

The world has gone to crud, and somehow the only survivors are the steampunk descendants of Westworld. A weird quiet dude is missing. Now find him.
