Wireless connection with the computer not so good for the price

The box states up to 200 hours. I might get 2 days. I've tried extending the time by having the mouse sleep after 5 minutes of inactivity, but this doesn't have an effect on the battery life. It also introduces another problem where you have to wait at least 30 seconds before the mouse wakes up.

Battery life not great other than that its a fire mouse

This mouse constantly turns off and stops responding while I'm using it. I've updated the drivers but the problem continues. No other wireless mouse has behaved this week. Don't waste your money.

Looks good but constantly has poor connection.....

I would've expected a $100 mouse to last longer than the much cheaper and wired Rival 3, but I was wrong. This mouse did not even last 7 months before it broke. My cursor randomly stops moving and starts teleporting making it unusable. The battery life is also not that good. Applying small amounts of force to the mouse makes it creak and it sounds like it's going to break.

This mouse will disconnect (unpair) for a few seconds every so often. Completely worthless in a gaming setting and incredibly frusturating in a work setting. Not sure what problem is.

Love it but…. The software to run this is garbage. Almost makes it in usable having it downloaded. Have to also run it wired Bc wireless it connects and disconnects constantly

very comfortable mouse. lights were nice but it did not fit well in my hand.

Thia mouse keeps on disconnecting for no reason, i dont youch the mosue for a few seconds and it just dissconnect

Mouse has to “warm” up before it works properly. Very sloppy and slow for the first 30 seconds or so. Once the “warming” period is over it works as designed

This mouse is garbage. I've been using it for over 5 months and its connectivity is a nightmare. Avoid this trash at all costs.

Bluetooth when connected to a mac is very spotty. The battery would go from 97 to 30 to 50 back and forth depending on the time. It would disconnect and you would have to reconnect. If you used the dongle then it would stay connected better but it was hard to use with the dongle taking up a whole port.

I love this mouse. The wireless capability is perfect. The buttons are perfect and the customizations are amazing.

Unfortunately I have to give this product a 1*. Almost hit the 1 month mark and after having connection issues the mouse it finally bricked itself. I thought it was dead, but it would not charge or come up when plugged into the computer. Was able to return to BestBuy, but had it been after my return period it would have made me more upset. Have seen numerous issues on reddit about this mouse and unfortunately I was also a victim. Will be going back to my G502 until I find a decent wireless mouse.

I got this as a gift for my gf, and she liked it so it gets a thumbs up from this heterosexual male

Rgb didnt really work it would be on while not moving but go black when moving and it dies fast

The mouse is good for the first month or 2, but once its been used quite a bit, it starts to jitter and stutter. The mouse does not slide smoothly. I was very disappointed. Dont waste your money.

For the price it’s really good and performance is really well
