I was looking for a solid well lit keyboard with standard raised keys for a reasonable price, and this this met all expectations. The backlighting is also very slick.

I was looking for a gaming keyboard that wasn't super loud but still had the gaming feel and awesome RGB lights. The Apex 3 did not dissapoint! The SteelSeries RGB software is super easy to use, my favorite scheme is the ColorShift! It matches my case fans and mousepad, so cool! The price on this keyboard cannot be beat, and it is great for gaming and general purpose use as well. 10/10, you cannot go wrong with this incredible value!

Very quiet so it wont drive you and others insane, pretty cheap, water resistant and easy to use. Love this keyboard.

I've loved this keyboard for how quiet it is, the softness of the keys, and the RGB effect. The quality for this price is great, too. I rate this 4 stars because the kickstand on the first one broke, though that was after heavy use.

Good keyboard for gaming or general use. Very quiet. Probably the quietest keyboard I have used. Good feel with some tactile feedback. The keys are nicely spaced, not too far apart or too close together, but somewhere in between. Nice wheel for volume control. Fairly compact considering it has the 10 key on it. If you want smaller you should probably consider a ten keyless design. Also not mechanical switches but they seem good. The lighting is different from most backlit keyboards I have used. It lights the entire area around the keys rather than just the keytops making it more noticeable but a little harder to see the keytop. The lighting options are a little more limited as you can only change colors in 10 zones but not for individual keys. Software install required for customizing. I haven't been able to get the macros to work yet. The instructions seem incomplete for the macros. I may try to contact support for help with the macros. If you want a quiet keyboard with lighting and a ten key keypad at a fair price, this is a good choice.

So full disclosure, I’m not a gamer.. like at all. I went in to the store to try and find a bigger keyboard for my MacBook that wasn’t those tiny baby keyboards that Apple sells. A sales rep led me over to the gaming section and to this keyboard and honestly.. it’s the nicest keyboard ever! I love it so much! The keys are huge and backlit and I can actually see what I’m doing and typing! It’s not something I specifically went looking for but I’m so glad the rep pointed it out to me because I’m in love!

I've been using this keyboard for more than a month and find it a great improvement over my wireless Logitech one. It's not totally quiet, of course. But it is MUCH quieter than the standard keyboard. I do editing work and it's good for long hours. The wrist rest attaches magnetically to the keyboard and is optional, but I find it comfortable. I am a woman with small hands so it's a good fit for people like me. Easy to install and start using.

This keyboard comes with a palm rest that attaches to the front with magnets. This is a nice feature with the magnets because I don’t have to fight with the keyboard and palm rest when taking them apart when not needing the palm rest. I have a much more expensive gaming keyboard that I have to fight with when I don’t need the palm rest. The keys are nice and quiet and I am told that I am a heavy pounder on the keys sometimes while typing. This is nice for my family, so they don’t have to listen to the loud (obviously annoying to some) noise. Nice effect is the RGB backlighting. So far my favorite effect is the rainbow colors. You can change the lighting to your preferences with the program. You can also set up macros for gaming and anything else you need macros for through the program. Definitely worth the money, if you are not a heavy gamer.

I love everything about this keyboard. The lighting up the extra keys that come with it in case they get worn down and the weight is amazing. My problem in the past is I've always had keyboard that was like two light in weight and I feel like I'm going to saw right through it. But that's not the case but this one. Keys are smooth a little tough but only because it's brand new very durable just like the box says. It just screams, give me more and I think I'll play more PC games after this.

Awesome keyboard! RGB looks great and switches feel nice. Not entirely whisper quite like the title says, but sounds great. Super high quality for the price you pay! I 100% recommend this.

I bought this because I like the keys. it was easy to press and soft. I gave it a 4 star because i wish it had the option to turn off the backlight when it is not in use. I had to unplug everytime I was done or have to shut off the computer. I would buy they will have a wireless one.

Amazing gaming keyboard. Corsair is definitely a top brand company and has been for gaming.
