Product works well, but is a little tinny naturally. Adjust your equalizers accordingly. Also, the adjustable strap is a nice touch, but I find if I lean back at just the right angle the headphones come off of my head... and I have a large head. Microphone is ok.

These are overpriced compared to the quality. The head band adjustment is a strap thing don't ever feel right. Sound quality and mic quality are good. But for this price there is better stuff out there.

They are a great set if headphones. The mic is great for gaming , but when I listen to them without the game or put all sound directly to headphones...the sound quality isn't there for me.

Purchased this for my daughter who plays online games and goes through headsets way too fast. This Steel Series Arctic 3 Wired has been exactly what she has needed. Working flawlessly and lasting the longest of any headset she's owned. Highly recommend.

They only good thing is they are comfortable. Sound quality not good. Vocals are good, Treble is ok, Bass is terrible.

I've been using this headset daily for almost 3 years. I use them for playing Fortnite on the Nintendo Switch, and for taking zoom calls on my work laptop.

Opted to get these due to not needing the usb for console gaming that the next tier above this one has. Fits snuggly on my head (and ive got a pretty big head, like custom cap big)

If you need a good pair of headset that does exactly what you need then look nowhere else. for the price the quality is there.

The sound on this is quite good, however you have to scream into the microphone for people to hear you.

Very comfortable. I love the band that sits on top of your head. All other headsets would end up hurting my head and giving me a headache after awhile but with the band I've had no issues.

I see love this headset for my xbox one, they are comfortable, durable, and the sound is top notch for the price. Surround sound is on point and I never had a problem with them!
