Worst headphones

On videogames with explosions or gunfire you get distorted sound and they are way to quiet no matter how much you increase the volume.

Headphones not high quality on other end of mic according to those in party chat. A new purchase shouldnt make you miss what you used to have. I'd get a refund if the world wasnt quarantined.

PS4 Too Quiet

Gsbut on ps4 the sound coming out was way too quiet. Seemed worse than the base $40 turtle Beach headset I already had.

I started off as a great headset but stop working

It was a waste of money even paid to get it quicker. With this covid the did the whole ask chat on line and they couldn't help me they said to call make an appointment i called a near store no one picked up. It got me frustrated i stopped calling.

Idk if i got a faulty one but it keeps disconnecting and i cant hear my party chat . turn it off and on and it some times it does it again or it works but no longer than 20 minutes before i have to turn it off and on again. I have the arctis 3s and those are great so i wanted to get these because i thought they would be better but they dont even work properly.
