Ordered a second headset from BestBuy during this virus going around. Both times great and quick visits! The first I was asked for an ID and the second time I was not.

It has been working perfect since we bought it. So far so good. My son goes through headphones like water. Due to his gaming and videos. These are good so far, no issues.

Bought these for my brother as a gift and he loves them. Decent headset for gaming. He liked that the headset was retractable, which makes it easier to store the headset away when not in use.

I bought these for my oldest son and the quality is top of the line. He loves the way they feel and they are light in weight.

Could have better quality of sound in headphones and others have a hard time hearing you while talking into the mic.

sound quality definitely isn’t the best. i’ve been struggling trying to find a replacement for my turtle beach headphones (which i have been using for 5+ years), and can’t seem to discover anything close to the quality of them. these headphones have terrible bass, and sound seems very thin. also they’re rlly tight and not comfortable for me personally.

Overall a nice product however the head set did eventually snap in half when dropped so I would say it’s not that durable. The product itself was nice.

It’s ok. Not the best gaming headset but it’s nice and semi-minimal. Mainly got it for my PS4 and it serves its purpose. Tried it with my gaming PC too but the mic was really quiet. The headband is slightly weird but I think that’s just because I’m not used to wear headsets with bands. There’s basically no noise cancellation either but still, it’s not a bad headset. It’s just not great. Would I recommend? Probably not.

Ok for the price but I've been thinking of exchanging these for a wireless pair. Good deal if you don't mind being plugged in all the time.

Sons razor ones died and friend recommend these. He says the ears padding is a bit rougher than last headphones we bought, will probably not purchase another due to that.

The headset with wires seems to act better than the wireless ones. we have gone through several of the wireless ones.

Surround sound is good. Wish they were a little heavier. They feel a little light weight. Overall, like them.

Great headset for the price but the cable went bad after about a year and it’s not something easily replaceable.

They are ok. I prefer my Corsair headset over these. They are very comfortable, but the sound quality isn’t as good.

I fine-tuned the settings to my needs with no issues. great quality sound as usual.

Son needed new headset, he absolutely loved it, bought another one for my other son

I never had a problem with this head set. High sky recommended it if you don’t want go Bluetooth

Headset works great once you set it up correctly. Would be nice to have some instructions on how to do that with Xbox and other systems.

Wife was looking for a new lighter headset for the Xbox and this fit the bill for the selection they had
