Love these headphones! they have a physical dial to adjust the balance for voice calls and other sound sources- and the surround sound while gaming is wonderful.

Overall I was pretty pleased with the product. Mic quality and sound are all very solid. The only thing that bothers me is the cord. The cord can be very tangly at times. Other than that I can’t complain.

I bought these as a Christmas gift, and they were on sale, they are a good product, sound quality is very good and they are very good. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Great quality and sound love how you can change the color around the headphones and how you can change the sound to your own preference. Definitely should get one.

This was a pretty solid headset and I would recommend to a friend/family member. It is a bit expensive but it is worth it.

I originally got the arctis 5 back in 6/08/19, which is about a year and a half ago. The mic is pretty good for a $100 USD headset and the sound quality is pretty good too, well it was. This last week I was finishing up streaming and went to go listen to the video for editing and noticed that noise was not coming out of the right ear muff. I looked online for a solution but came to conclusion that it must be a physical connection in the band that's the issue. TLDR: good headset, but earmuff stopped working after a year and a half.

Bought for my daughter as a Xmas present . She loves it. Connects great with all of her devices. She has had no issues with it for 8 months now. Would recommend it.

The headphones are Excellent! The sound is great and the lights around it give it extra boost. I will be ordering again because my kids are dying for for now.

I like that these headphones are noise canceling and help me focus on my gaming compared to other headphones I’ve used

Waited for a bit to post this review. This headset has a nice feature set and sounds amazing. Works great with the PS4. For the price you will not be dissatisfied.

Just switched to these from Logitech and am very happy. They allow me to adjust right and left ear volume since I have a hearing loss in one ear.

Sound quality is great, surround sound along with it is even better, setup is not too easy or too hard make sure you follow the instructions if you don't how to setup headset audio

Sound is pretty good, and voice recordings with the mic sound clear and undistorted. Too bad the ear cups and the overall headset were too bulky for my taste.

The audio is great but there is one downside to this headset and that is the microphone it’s not very loud so you have to talk louder if you want your friends to hear u properly

These are very comfortable and easy to set up. The only issue I have with them is the ease at which the selector dial turns; I accidentally turn it all the time.

this headset is pretty good honestly, i bought these for my ps4 but i got a ps5 and they work great. can be heard clearly by others

Bought this to replace another Steel Series headset and loves it just as much as the last one.

These are well worth the price. They are comfortable, great sound, and plenty of volume. I've had TurtleBeach in the past, but i like these much more.
