Great product! Very good audio quality! I think the cable may be a little to long if you plug into the pc with the audio mixer thing and its a little easy to lower the volume on accident because of the dial. But overall pretty good! Leds look pretty cool too!

Nice features, the only improvement I would suggest is on the velcro headband. It includes gamedac (an instant volume control meant for discord in games) which is an added plus compared to other brands. For my head the headband was the only issue. So i would suggest trying the fit in-store before

Been a great headset! Clarity in talking and hearing, though the knob that is attached via a cable directly to the headset doesn't seem to work much anymore. The knob controlled being able to either hear gaming better or chat better. Wish there was a way to remove the knob attachment.

When the headset works it works great. However, cables and mic seem to be prone to failure as we've been through about 3 headsets now. One of the cable failures was as a result of the cat chewing the cord. Through Steelseries, the cable was $9 and shipping was another 9. Insane shipping fee.

Not bad, but for this price there's much better. The strap style top for your head gets uncomfortable after awhile. The sound quality is decent and the mic quality is meh. Not worth the price.

I was hesitant on the quality of this headset but after purchasing the first one I realized how good they're built. I like the fact that you can hide the mic and the earcups are perfect for listening to music or playing video games.

Gets uncomfortable after awhile. Sound quality is fine, but sometimes the steel series setting will just randomly revert back to default and messing with the settings will not do anything. The on-line game/voice chat dial is what makes this headset utterly awful. It's too heavy to sit down on a desk, it will just fall to the floor. Gob forbid you accidentally adjust the dial, or else you will either go deaf with the extremely loud noise or suddenly stop hearing your friends while playing. I seriously wonder why anyone ever thought this was good idea. At least make the dial smaller. Very disappointing for the price.

My husband uses them for gaming and can not stand wireless so with much research we decided that this was the best brand and the middle price range was perfect for him. He has really enjoyed them.

Would give this a 5 if it wasnt too quiet..overall a good headphones the rgb rings are very nice but sound volume is too low had to pump all my in games volumes way up and system volume to hear it decently which i never had to do before with inexpensive w mart headphones

These headphones have decent sound quality but the connecting cords are problematic. Had to replace the set within 6 months due to cord connection breakage. Thankfully had a warranty. New pair are wireless and much preferred.

Nice fit and finish. Wasn’t too crazy about the extra cords and wouldn’t work for me on my PS4. But others has been successful. Seems targeting for for a pc. Returned it and bought a different brand and worked

My son had an old razer headset that stopped working then I looked into getting a new headset for him. I chose the Arctis 5 wired headset, and my son liked it and he said that this headset is better than his old headset.
