Not perfect but I love it and you can’t be wrong with the price. I can say good for the newbie, more room to improve.

The headset is definitely comfortable and well made. However, this device is auto-detected by Windows as a standard headphone. The SteelSeries software is pretty much bloatware. Software contains tracking for ad purposes. So the games you play, frequency of play, and internet usage will be sent to SteelSeries. Once the bloatware is installed, it is necessary to install more software just to make the headphone become alive / change any setting.

Love these earphones! Suited my style and am using it for my setup in my living room! These are wired so I had to do some tweaks to make it work out.

I blindly bought these headphones because they were on sale at the time. Honestly, even if I got them at full price I’d be more than satisfied. Hands down the best pair of headphones I’ve owned.

The volume is really underwhelming for gaming but the quality is nice and rgb too if you care about that. Remember RGB adds more FPS lol.

I got it as a gift for a 13 yr old boy. He loves it! It does everything as intended. He is especially excited that he has the ability to custom the LED light color.

Very good metal frame so they probably aren't going to break anytime soon. The only issue I had with this product is the sound quality is still on part with standard "gamer" quality headphones. Overall an alright buy.

Excellent system with great and easy to use setup and system for changing anything you need on these bad boys. First time with the brand and I’ve fallen in love.

Important info to know— will NOT work with elgato capture card (hd60s) and PS4. You need a headset that plugs into your controller with elgato’s adapter.

Really great headphones, they have held up well. My 16yr old son loves that they light up on the ears. He said it was very easy for him to select the color on the computer.

One of the best gaming headsets I've ever owned. I use them for the pc as well as console. They are a bit to sound proof for me but other than that they are great!

For anyone who has bought this and hasnt set it up yet, use the usb instead of the 3.5 audio jack. It lets you use the audio dial and the rgb on the headset.

We purchased for our young grandson who uses the headphones for video gaming. He specifically requested that we buy this pair since it was highly rated.

I got this and it worked perfectly, but then, out of nowhere, the chat mix cable just stops working. My computer doesn’t recognize it and no sound comes out. Ended up having to spend another 40 bucks.

Bought these for my son. He really likes them. Had a problem with the cord. Took it back and was replaced no questions asked.

I have been very happy with the headset. It also lists it's only compatible with PC and PS4 but it can be used on Xbox too you just need to use aux instead us so RGB won't work.
