Great Sound but microphone is weak

Microphone is weak and has issues sending out clear voice sound through the microphone. In other words, my friends have difficult time hearing me through the microphone. Also you need a usb connection to use DTS and light up head set features. Not able to use with an iPad since iPad connecters don't support usb.

Took forever to get it working with the computer and when it did finally show signs of life the quality was terrible. Maybe just a bad egg but we returned it and tried a different headset.
