These headphones where decent in a pinch but, I wouldn't recommend them over say the logitech 730s

Replacement is good but hate that you have to purchase again if you use it once. I thought when you paid for 2 years it was for 2 years

I'm sure these are fine for gaming, probably great, but music sounded so bad I didn't even try games with it. Returned

Bought these for my son. He had a lot of static and his friends could not understand him. Returned them after having them a couple weeks.

Pretty good headset but I expected more. Overall it’s pretty good just the sound wasn’t as good from what i had heard.

Not the worst but I immediately returned them. Very metallic sound. Bought astro a40's for much more but sound much better.

The mic sometimes doesn’t work if you don’t have them plugged in before you turn on the computer or Xbox.

Worked well for me. Not as good as my previous headphones and I think not quite worth what I paid for them.

Wouldn’t recommend people buying these. You have to be close up to your console to have the lights.

The audio out isn't too good, but the microphone is terrible for almost any use, I'd rather get better quality over rgb lighting.

These headphones are nice, however I have had to purchase 2 cables from steelseries because they get a short in them.

Niece new headset, it sounds great but the mic is low and soft, would not recommend

The band's on the head set broke so I had to go get new ones good thing is that I had the warranty on them

Clear sound but sounds a bit low even cranked all the way up.

I bought this headset after my Cloud Pro II headset started making crackling noises and was just too annoyinf to deal with. The headset was delivered to me relatively quick and was packaged well. After about a month of using this headset my friends could hear an echo from my mic. Unplugging the mic didn't stop it, muting and unmuting the mic didn't work, and even resetting my controller didn't work either. The connecter for the headset also always unplugs and I have to stop what I'm doing to plug it back in. On top of that the volume control is cheaply made and very easy to move. I have accidentaly turned the volume way up and down more time than I can count just by leaning onto the back of my chair and pillow. This mic does not work properly and is not worth your money. I highly recommend you do not buy this headset.

Sound is awful. I have a top-end steelseries and it's fine but this one is awful. Go buy the similar priced Razer or the HyperX for much better sound quality. Additionally, it's almost all plastic. Only good thing I can say is the fit was very comfortable.
