I don’t know, It is good for the price but it’s not the best

Got these in April 2020, it is Nov 2020 and the mic doesn't work on my ps4 now. it worked fine when I bought it, but now no mic...and yes its not on mute and i checked my audio settings on my ps4 nothing. i will return these, if i can, not worth the $100 i spent to have the mic not work after 7 mos.

Ordered for my grandso for Chris but it seems you need an extra add prod for the mic

I’ve heard much better sound from other headphones compared to this one. There is barely any bass and the treble drowns our the mid range. It’s almost as if I were listening on a pair of apple earbuds. The inside of the cups slightly touched the sides of my ears and it led to uncomfortable wearing for just even a couple minutes. I would’ve loved to try the surround sound but unfortunately it only works on Windows computers. If you want to use this on console or Mac, I would not recommend this at all. I’d look into other brands like Astro or Hyper that do support this feature. However if you decide to purchase these, please be careful that the volume is not all the way up! The instructions for Mac say to pick game audio but when I did this the headphones were super loud!

Product quality felt to cheap to me. Most importantly sound quality was sub par while gaming. Purchased on sale so I was willing to try it however given these shortcomings I returned the item for a refund.

I bought this headset back in August and it worked until November then broke. I gave it another chance and exchanged it at Best Buy for the same exact one, having to rebuy my warranty at double because it was outside of return, and then now here in January it broke again. Set it down for a moment and came back to no sound. I am careful with my stuff… So I went back today for yet again another exchange for a product I won’t name because this isn’t a promotion fake review. Hopefully this other brand’s PC headsets last longer than 1-2 months lol.

These headphones are great for casual gamers. I wouldn’t recommend for competitive gamers as they aren’t the best sound quality and aren’t super comfortable.

these headphones have really great sound. but the left ear and mic kept going out. I had to get 3 replacements and ended up getting a different brand after the 3rd set.

Very poor sound for a very high asking price. Ultimately, the SteelSeries headset appears promising but fails to deliver. The surround sound delivery fails to impress and my friends constantly complain about the poor microphone quality. Do yourself a favor and buy any other headset. The entire headset is made out of cheap Chinese plastic, just like every other of its components. When it inevitably breaks BB won't replace it--ignore the false promises from their employees and read the ToS yourself for proof.

Sound quality lacks bass, feels cheap, cables are too long. The ear cups are uncomfortable and the plastic is felt against the ear. Not a fan.

Little disappointed This was supposed to be a wireless headset. The team member at Best Buy told me and guaranteed me it was wireless it is not

This headset for me does not work. My son who is 15 says he likes it. The Hyper Cloud headsets are a better value if you are looking for a headset.

Flimsy design, lightweight and voice quality sucks. I would not buy these again. Replaced with Logitech Pro Wired headset

These headphones are comfortable, I usually have issue gaming for such long periods of time. When I mean long I meant 4-7 hours of gaming straight. The sounds on these I really like of course you mess with sound on PC but on console the sounds comes out is great.
