My son loved it at first. After 15 days the microphone stopped working. And of course the return window ends tonight. Frustrated

These looked and felt great but as far as being PS4 compatible I would say not fully. The sound level was too low to actually use at any level of gameplay.

Caused echo in friends headsets. It doesn’t have mic monitoring.

Super quiet, not comfortable, mid sound quality at best. Waste of money.

Mine was DOA, one side had no sound at all unless i wiggled the cord around. Buying non gaming headphones in the future.

However, you should definitely get this headset if you work in a call center and enjoy egg on your face. Had this headset for around 2 weeks of regular use. The mute functionality failed without warning, despite the button being on mute mode and the mic showing a red light. Find a more reliable headset.

Chatmix audio cable failed in less than a month. While the headset is decent, the failure of the proprietary chatmix cable rendered the device inoperable. Rather than pay $30 to steel series for a replacement cable, I exchanged the headset for a similar Corsair model.

The USB cable on this product is poorly made and bends with any kind of movement. I had to buy a replacement for the chat dial in order to start using the product after it broke.

Terrible. Absolute garbage. Literally plugged them in and weren’t working out of the box. Second pair I’ve bought and both just garbage, don’t even waste your time on these headphones.

Mic worked for about a month on Xbox and hasn’t worked since and when I go to factory reset the headset it doesn’t have the factory reset button supposedly put on all headsets

Worked for about a month, then the mic stopped working out of the blue. tried reinstalling drivers, restarting computer, different device, nothing works. Wouldn’t recommend

They gave me a headache after using them for a short time and make your head sweat!

I had to replace this because its so bad for the ps4 and lowkey its my fault since i didnt use research on it . It just was terrible on the ps4! FPS wise

First off, I've had no problems with the sound and mic with this headset. As a matter of fact, they are great. They are comfortable, easily adjusted, etc. As a background, I am a software developer who spends 8-10 hours in front of a screen each day. I also gamed regularly at the time I purchased these. I traded from a cheap Skullcandy gas station pair of earbuds and it was a new world. Comfortable, high quality, and I could keep them on for hours. As I've spent more time elsewhere and tried friends' headphones and demos at stores, etc, this pair has held its ground with sound quality and voice input. It also seems to do a decent job of blocking out *some* background noises. Where I lost love is in the cord. The cord is a pretty typical material for a set of headphones in this price range. The make is fine and I actually love the balancer mechanic (two channels for whatever I need) and have made good use of it. I wanted something high quality that I could wear for long periods of time, meetings, music, etc. And when I got these they seemed a dream come true. The cord, not being of flimsy material is a bit too sturdy for the weight of the balancer knob and is like 7 feet long. This means the balancer doesn't sit well in place, falls of my desk regularly, and as things brush against the knob, it often turns the sound out for one of the channels until I pick it up. I've considered velcroing it in place, but then I would lose a good four feet of range, which may still be worthwhile, especially since the cord is taking up a desk space at this point. Along with the length of the cord and it constantly falling off my desk, it's been run over a number of times by my chair. It's held up, but I'm seeing a lot of wear and tear between the balancer knob and the headset as well as the cord that has been run over. I do wish the connection between the headset cord and the knob was firmer or had a button release. I fear that this headset with die prematurely due to cord serverage by office chair. In summary, all in all a great headset, but I beat myself up at least once a week that I didn't chip in the extra cash for the wireless set.

Broke in two days only used it once it was alright the quality wasn’t the best I herd static and next day there were broken

returned these. couldn't get them to connect in her steam game. might be steam issue who knows. she couldn't hear anything.

The two volume controls are in a bad location. The always move higher or lower on the slights touch or when you place them down.

Was great until today, 4 days after warranty. Sound now goes in and out. $100 down the drain. Not at all happy about this product or support.
