They did not last 6 months and they already cut out When the cord moves, sound quality not the greases expected more for what I paid

For my background and relevancy, I play Rainbow Six Siege, edit videos, and work long hours at my computer. The headset was recommended by my roommate's sister in law, and I'm glad she did. The headset is incredibly comfortable with (I'm no audiophile so my opinion should be taken with a grain of salt) incredible, and a decent mic. Not great but not the worst. I find myself wanting to use it just to listen to music because the headset is so comfortable. The mixer is a great addition I've never gotten before with a headset, although if someone is not familiar with driver setup it may be a tad complicated, but fairly simple overall. Just a quick Google search. An odd point to make, but I let my headphones sit around my neck often and the headset is very flexible, making pushing one ear to the side to listen to my surroundings comfortable and easy, and sitting on my neck isn't too uncomfortable. The headset can also be very loud, great for showing my roommate things on my computer as I don't currently have speakers because I don't need them. TL;DR Pros: Very comfortable for long periods of time, great sound, mixer is a great and handy addition, it isn't a gimmick, very high quality physical build. Cons: Mic is decent at best, Steelseries drivers aren't the greatest but I have yet to see a brand's drivers blow me away, mic is a little awkward to pull out.

While sound quality is great on this headset, one of the selling points is its sidetone (mic monitoring) feature. It’s hard (for me at least) to find headsets that have this feature rather than use laggy Windows software to do it myself. So yes, for those who want a headset with mic monitoring, this one for sure has it. The software SteelSeries uses to control this headset is awesome. There are a lot of settings you can modify to really adjust the sound how you want it. You can also save different profiles if you have different settings for different scenarios. Sound quality is much better than the turtle beach headset I use for Xbox. The in-line sound mixer makes it easy to adjust game vs. chat volume while the dial on the headset itself controls the master volume. The mute button is located on the headset and the mic boom has a LED light to let you know whether you’re muted or not. RGB lights on the earpieces are nice but weren’t really a factor in my decision.

It got stolen I can’t not use it because it got stolen

I needed a new headset because after trying many others I found most with padding on the top band gives me a pressure point like no other. Once I tried the Arctis 5 2019 model, i can say they are the most comfortable headset i have tried. No pressure points from the top padding because it's a ski goggle-like elastic band that is fully adjustable but right out of the box is the best fit i found for me. Really good sound from the DTS speakers. And of course the best mic. 100% highly recommend over the Hyper Cloud 2.

After being disappointed by the Corsair HS60s, I tried this as a replacement pair of headphones. I was not disappointed. The audio quality is very good all around and the mic is great. Very clear sounding, and the retractable option is helpful. These could easily be used day to day out of the house as well as at a desktop setup without a problem. The included software gives many options for audio processing on a desktop and RGB as well. Not to mention very comfortable, with great padding on the ears and a very comfy and convenient elastic head strap. Would highly recommend for the price.

been using old apple earbuds to game with and decided to get these. Very comfortable and good sound quality once you get used to wearing a headset. My squad says the mic is good too. The RGB is a bonus it looks nice

Overall a good headset and recommended for new gamers

I bought this headset because my hyperX was finally taking a Dive. This headset comes well packaged. The headset is very comfortable and can be adjusted with the velcro strap already installed. The RGB is lit better than other rgb headsets. The sound does need tuning, but that is a breeze with the software program you can download from steelseries.. the mixers is great for playing those FPS games. The headset is Discord certified, which is great, because it make discord need very very very little tuning for when you are chatting with you friends or raid mates. IF you are looking for mid tier headset, that is both comfortable and superb, this is it. This is my first ever steel series headset and I have 0 regrets.

Wire is way too long but headset is pretty and cool

My husband loves the new headset. Great quality sound. Good at noise cancelling all ambient sound (I have to scream to get his attention when he has them on and his back is turned--LOL). So glad he finally got onboard with getting a good headset rather than the ancient earbuds he's been struggling with.
