I took away one star because I constantly have to reset my head set because of lost of sound. This is also another reason I've never been a fan of wireless/bluetooth devicess.

Questionable dongle, less engine options

It's extremely wide so you must use a dongle it provides. Microphone is average, and the sound quality is extremely good. But the engine gives you EVEN LESS options than the original Arctis 7.

Not very comfortable

I’m an IT teacher and I have to wear them for 8 hours a day. Also make your ears sweaty if you live in the sunbelt

Worth the price, actually are the best

The surround sound quality and tools in nahmic are worth the money. I am not much of a keyboard or mouse fanatic but good quality headsets are paramount to the experience. I use these with a thunderbolt 4 setup easily.

Steel series GG / Sonar software helps enable the same experience one gets with the PS5 version of the headset. Sounds great, good mic, and has the right controls on the headsets. No complicated setup - just works! Comfortable headband.

I bought one five years ago, and it finally broke in a way that was exclusively my fault, a good drop. Not my first drop, just the right drop. So I bought a replacement. I liked it enough to go back.
