Got these for my PC and absolutely love all the features, my favorite is the ability to set different sound profiles for each game on my computer.

They work great just what I ordered! My son is so excited over having these. The sound is clear!

Great headset, good sound quality, not a lot of bass, nice balanced sound. Although wish the mic quality was a bit better.

The sound on these bad boys are spectacular. You can hear everything in the clearest and crispest quality.

Disappointing sound quality for the price, but the other features may make it worth it if you care less about that. After trying this with a PS5, I found the sound to be incredibly tinny, and not very... immersive(?) compared to other headsets I've used at similar pricepoints. Granted, those other headsets were wired while this isn't, but for this quality I'd almost rather plug some old ipod headphones into the controller instead. In theory you can fix this my messing with the EQ on your computer in the GG program, but if the starting point is that poor, then it seems like it's more effort than it's worth. The chat/game mix dial is smart, even if it doesn't work on PS5 (not the fault of SteelSeries), and the fit and retracting mic work well, so depending on what you want from a headset, this may work for you. Keep in mind that others have issues with build quality though (I had it for a day and can't comment on that any more). I'll be returning it because sound quality is high on my priorities.

I highly recommend buying these headphones. They are very comfortable. Just wish they had bluetooth for your phone.

I have used the Arctis 7 for years and liked it so much when my first one broke I bought it again. My last headset unexpectedly died on me so I saw the 7+ and thought wow that's great, it's my 7 but better. BOYYYYY was I wrong. This is possibly the worst headset I have ever used. It constantly stops working in discord, I have to keep trying to toggle it so I can hear. There is a noticeable delay when toggling the volume I never noticed on my 7. The power button on/off also feels slower compared to the 7. Just do yourself a favor and if you use the regular 7, stick to it. I'm stuck with this until it breaks, god I hope that's soon.

Love the sound that comes out of these headphones. Thee absolute best gaming headphones you can buy.

I have had more issues with this headset than any other. I constantly have to reset it. And I dont believe the audio and mic quality are that good. It does have decent noise cancellation though and are comfortable to wear. The battery life is okay.
