Very Good - Nice Build - Good Sound - Mic Works well

The headset has a great build quality. The mic is probably one of the best that I have used however the volume while playing games is really lacking. Compared to a much cheaper HyperX headset, the Steelseries headset is blown out of the water. Definitely not 7.1 surround in the least.

Seems like solid headset. Enjoying the crisp and clear sounds.

These are amazing. If you're on the fence about upgrading your headset, do it yesterday.. My friends notice when someone else is in the party chat because their mic sounds so much "less HD" than mine. The sound is good and the charge lasts a long time.

On the PC 7.1 sounds great. Using on the PS4 not so good.

These were to replace a set of Turtle Beach x29’s. Loved the wireless and surround, but being a lil deaf these weren’t nearly loud enough and no where near the volume of my prior set. And I went through every setting on the app from Steelseries and also on the pc itself.

The box said "PC" gaming headset. Although online description said it would work with playstation. Not being super saavy at this stuff, I took it back to store and they explained to me how it works, so I went back home. Son set it up with ease at that point and has been super happy

These headphone are a good buy for the price, comfortable.

They are comfortable. Battery last long. My issue is the sound quality is just okay. The sound is distorted, for the price thought it would have less distortion with audio playback. The in game aspect is good though people say they can hear me clearly so that’s a plus.

These headphones are amazing. needed them for work, and needed to be really loud, they do what I need them to do, highly recommend. However I dont think they come with a warranty, i couldn't find out if they had one.

These headphones were very disappointing for the price. The volume on max isn't even that loud when connected to my PS4. They are also difficult to setup wirelessly and not easy to figure out how to charge.

I really like this headset as it is a big upgrade from my last Corsair headset. One of my favorite features is the Bluetooth connectivity which helps with less wire clutter. Great for long periods of time and no sweat around ears from the muffs is a huge plus!

Gets one star for being comfortable and sounding good, but this headset constantly and consistently disconnects/ turns itself off all the time regardless of the charge. There's also a weird bug where if you plugged it in to charge when the light is red if you just unplug it then turn it on it'll still show its still red when it isn't so you have to turn it on when its still plugged in then the light will show green.

My wife bought these for her work conferences online , the only thing bad with these were they shut off after a certain period of not using to save battery life. Had them hooked to PC gaming computer and worked great with no issues . Sounds great !!!

This headset is good and convenient as that I can leave the room without putting down the headset. But, if you are using discord for it personally I have had issues with it as it sounds muffled on the other person's end and sometimes the mic cuts out.

Bought these to use with an auto-dialer app for my work. Great headphones for that use but I didn't like the size and weight. My grandson loves them for his gaming use though!

I only use SteelSeries gaming headsets. I've used other headsets that just don't measure up! Best Buy has the most affordable prices of the latest selections.
