Hello everyone, I definitely recommend this headphone if you are searching for an optimum one. It is neither cheap nor expensive and the sound quality neither bad nor perfect. I am giving it 5 stars because it is easy to use.

Ended up returning because it was not able to do what another headset was able to with less effort. Still great so no reason to dock it points when it performed well otherwise. One of the best I tried

Works good, microphone quality should be way enhanced for the price as a 4 years-old $80 Headset is way clearer. Gadget with Chat and Gaming mods is kind of annoying because sometimes your microphone is set up on chat but the game sound is on game.

The sound is great.. everything is pretty alright. The mic does not come out of the headset as far as I think it should. I just can’t get my voice to come out clear enough for my friends

I absolutely love the headset. I had an older model before purchasing this one that served me well for 3 years. The negative about this one is it feels like the earcups wont last for long and are probably going to fall off within a years time.

So I really love this headphones had them for little over a year. They are very comfy and sound amazing But! they keep beeping randomly no matter if they are fully charged or almost dead even if its plucked in. Its been doing that since day one I got them. I looked up on ways to stop but most ways have you turn down all the settings on it and have it a low volume. what's the point in turning down all the settings on this nice sounding headphones just to use them?

Although they are great quality and extremely comfortable i found the sound lackluster and the bass terrible. My 60$ pair of refurbished turtlebeaches were better. Besides the comfort and wireless Ps4 support, not worth the 150$ price tag

I really like this headset. It’s great for COD because you will hear footsteps. I’m upset that it doesn’t work for the Xbox Series X. They are making you buy the Arctis 7x. Just update these ones!

I have nothing to complain about except that it disconnects and my computer doesn’t recognize the usb forcing me to just replug it. I wouldn’t say this is a flaw of the headset since it might be another variable in my setup but maybe others say the same.

Right out the box they are very nice looking. Once you put them on and load up a game. They lack severely. Simply put the sound is not loud enough. For what it's worth the sound expectable but if you want to hear every single detail go with another brand.

These seem like nice headphones but for the life of me I cannot find a way to make the mic work wirelessly with the Nintendo switch. I can find no exact directions or information on how to make this work.

I would recommend this headset for PlayStation 4 but definitely not for PC. Tracking with footsteps is very hard and bass is fairly low. Steel series software is fairly hard to mess with.

Pros: Sound (8/10), design is (9/10) Cons: price to value I ended up returning this and picking uo Razer barracuda X and I am more satisfied with it than this.

Pros: very comfortable, comes with a 3.5 mm audio plug so that it can be used with phone, detractable mic. Cons: This headset randomly disconnected several times for me. I tried a ton of fixes I saw around the internet and none of them worked. Also the LED light on the USB transmitter kept blinking when I didn't have the headset connected, even though I made sure that it should not have in my settings. Ultimately, I had to return this headset due to the disconnection problems. It's a shame since the headset was so comfortable.

Had trouble on the initial install of drivers and software. You can't call their tech support, you have to email them and they will email you instructions. After following the instructions, five star headphones.

I've only owned a few different pairs of headsets, but for the middle range of the steel series sets, this is definitely worth the money i can pretty much walk all the way around my house without losing connection to my pc.

When the headsets reached my hands, I was ready to play. Trying to set them up was hard but I’m dumb so don’t sorry about that. I received the headset a while back now but I love them till this day and I’m getting another pair for my Cousin.

Set up was quick and easy. Used for approximately 1 week with no issues. Sound and microphone worked very well. The headset is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time while gaming. After the first week I have been experiencing random shutdowns. In the middle of a gaming session the headset will power off. I have to press and hold the power button so the unit turns back on. So far I have made sure the Steelseries Engine was up to date, firmware was up to date, un-paired/re-paired the unit, unplugged/replugged the base station. I am going to try setting the auto-off function on the headset to longer than 30 minutes (Default setting) and see if that is the culprit. If I still experience issues I will be bring in to swap out the unit for another.

Great product that had been purchased as a Christmas gift. Salesperson offered guaranteed delivery on 12/24 for extra fee. I purchased expedited shipping service, but product was received after the holiday.

Easy to use and easy to install drivers make this headset a great addition to your gaming setup or even home office. Straps are adjustable by velcro so the wearer doesn't need to feel insane pressure on their head when wearing.
