Every review you read online was right. This is a great headset at a good price, not a great price, but a good one. I might be slightly biased as my kb/mouse is ss but still.

I have recommended this product and people love it. Its very soft and durable. I feel that it connects without failure like most Bluetooth devices do. Lots of ways to connect it to other devices. Its plug and go.

Best wireless headset I have ever owned. I used them for the PC and the option to control Focus between Chat and Games is a must if you chat alot with friends as you game.

Great product but for the same money or a littler more there is much better on the market. I am a long time Steel series user. 15 years plus. I love them and the siberian line. I ended up buying the Corsair Virtuoso after taking these back to Best Buy.

Great headset although some features not available on PS4. Connect to PC and download SteelSeries Engine to enable features like sidetone. One issue with this headset is sometimes I get an odd noise that sorts itself out in a minute or two.

Works great still good to this day, only reason it’s not 5 stars is because sometimes on my stream, it will make a buzzing noise that my other headphones did not make

Been using these headphones everyday now. You can tell these are from great quality materials and the features are pretty cool. My only thing is that I’m still trying to figure out the sound quality, right now im getting a lot of treble.

This is one of the best gaming headset that I have ever owned. The software, SteelSeries Engine, is difficult to use until you get used to it. It took a while for it to recognize my headset and DAC.

I like it. Bought it for my teen boy and he seems to really enjoy them. I have the pro model and the only complain I have about this model is not having the removable batteries. Other than that, great set.

If you play on pc and want amazing surround sound, these are definitely for you. I've had these for about a week so far and they're amazing. I've tested them on ps4 and they're not so good. Haven't used the mic on it either.

These headsets are super awesome! But it’s annoying having to connect them every time I play, you need to hold the button on the headset for 5 sec and then on the modem for 6 sec. if you don’t have a big head they wiggle around a lot.

I saw mixed reviews about the microphone before buying, so I decided to find out for myself. I intended to use this for gaming occasionally, but mostly for meetings and voiceovers. Setup was easy, the headset was very comfortable, and the sound was great. Then I launched my video-editing software and did several recordings using my Logitech webcam, my cheapo MPOW headset, the Arctis 7, and a Blue Yeti X. The Artis 7 came in last, with audio was tinny compared to the other three. I also thought the microphone seemed a little too short, which might have affected its performance.

so far arctic has been a great gaming headset and I would recommend it to anyone. the only setback is after an hr it starts to hurt your ears cause the cup cushion inside pushes against your ears. not sure why its made that way.

Great headphones for the price. The only gripe is the mic could be a bit better in terms of picking up my voice. But overall, it works pretty well.

Never had this brand before and I don’t think I will get anything else. The software is super easy to use and comes with sound editing options built in. Absolutely love these headphones.

Plug and Play. I had no issues setting it up and there is a lot of customization in the software provided by steelseries. Heavily recommend it if your looking for a quality wireless headset.

Bought this for my son who loves gaming! He likes the retractable microphone and comfortable ear headset. He also loves how it allows him to hear his own talking a lot better when playing with others.

The only issue is the adjustable band messes up my hair when I wear these. Also you have to turn on the power before unplugging headphones from charge cable to reset the battery indicator. A obvious design flaw.

Great headset, allows split audio to two separate outputs allowing splitting chat and game. Only issue I have had is the charging micro USB port can become loose if charging while wearing it.

Purchased for my son who games competitively, he has had no issue with them. He walks around the house from the basement to the second floor still talking to his friends without loosing connection.
