Loved these headphones! I'm sad to see Best Buy stop selling them because I absolutely loved them and lasted me forever.

Maybe I need to use the headset more, but I found my old PS4 headset close to as solid audio-wise and a heck of a lot more comfortable. I have to adjust them about once every hour to not be uncomfortable.

Quite low on volume for competitive gaming but perfect to bring the homie wit you when you neeeda take a dump due to the wireless feature.

Didn't work with the system I intended to use them with. Return process was simple.

My son LOVES these headphones!! He purchased an ASI Gaming Laptop and these are the companion headphones. He really loves how the microphone slides in and out like a drawer.

Love these. Big upgrade from my old turtle Beach headphones. Would recommend 7 days out of the week. I esepcillay like the chat mix volume control on the headset.

Yes, I got this to use in the office to replace my wired earbuds. It does exactly what I need it to do while being comfortable. The only thing that goes against it is the played music quality.

Only 3 stars cause it’s not what I wanted. I purchased these in store to have sent to home because there weren’t any in person and this is what he recommended . I stressed to the sell person that I wanted headphones that were Bluetooth capable and worked across all systems. Not sure if they work across all systems but they’re definitely not Bluetooth. He assured me they were. He hasn’t really used them since we plan to return, Hope I didn’t miss the return deadline.

So far love everything about it. I mostly use it for work. Very easy set-up just plug & play. Definitely more comfortable than my wired razr headset.

I have not had any problems with this headset since purchasing. The software works well and it has an EQ to help customize your sounds.

great for gaming and school also comes with a cord incase you ever need to charge it while using it. I can go to my kitchen and still hear my friends in discord connection is good

Pro: Love every thing about these headphones, basicly plug and play after downloading quick software to get the fullest out of the 7.1 and color schemes. Cons: slides of my head if I look downward.

The pins connecting the headphones to the earcups can be fragile. Be careful pulling it off your head too fast. Otherwise very good headset.

Best wireless headphones ive ever had. It works amazingly with ps4 and every other device ive used. Also i was at my second floor and still hear the device in the first floor.

Wanted to get a wireless headset for my PC and have always been content with Steel Series products. Easy to set-up, the software is straight forward and the price is decent. Would recommend if you want a wireless headset.

Alright hear me out, this headset is great in many ways. The comfort level is extraordinary and the build quality is amazing I’ll give SteelSeries that; HOWEVER, support is terrible. I haven’t had these headphones more than 3 months and they have begun to show software flaws, issues that have come up by other users recently. For example they will not hold charge and the audio drops occasionally. When attempting to get a replacement through the warranty I was declined help due to the fact that the serial number sticker came off the headset, even though I had proof via receipt and box serial number. Please don’t buy these headphones, invest into another set.

Love steel series. Got this when it went on sale. One thing I didn't really use is the chat game function though. I just disable that but I know it's useful when you're playing a game with friends

Not enough padding on the sides can feel the hard plastic against your war after 15 mins. Good sound but little bass.

Comfortable high quality headset with ultimate sound clarity and amazing volume control. Exactly what I expected for the price and worth every penny!

For $150 -- the headset is the best price and value. If you can get them on sale you will not find a better deal. Save yourself the money and just buy these once.
