    I was excited to get this headset, but very bummed on how the quality was. The audio was okau but when it came to charging one day, it stopped. I've tried different cables, and still nothing. I'm currently working on a ticket with steelseries and hopefully, they send a replacement. This leaves a distaste in using their products in the future. It's not worth the full price.

    Sound coming out significantly louder in one ear. Have tried everything I could find to troubleshoot, no luck. Seems like it's a consistent problem. Had to return. Other than that. Sound is much deeper than cheaper wired headsets I have used. However, quality is mediocre.
