after many headsets, these are hands down the best

Really good for the price, but kept losing signal sometimes for 1 to 2 seconds, sometimes for 30 seconds during a game, in which you need audio, I'm about 5 feet from the transmitter and nothing near to cause interference. So I had to return.

Honestly, everything else about these weren't too bad at all. While they weren't the most comfortable headset I've ever had, they were pretty comfortable. They felt well built, the design was nice, and the sound quality wasn't too bad. What killed these for me though was that the right ear was noticeably louder than the left. This was super disappointing because, as I said, they were pretty good in every other way. Just cause this happened on my headset doesn't necessarily mean it will happen to yours, but it is something to think about before purchasing them.

the headphones are super comfortable but the audio is horrible on the PS4. I have the PS audio turned all the way up, game audio turned all the way up, and headphones turned all the way up and still barely hear anything I had a TV on in the same room 20' away and I could hear that over the game and the TV was turned down because our baby was sleeping. Maybe I got a bad set but I will be returning then and going with a different brand.

right out of the box the mic didn't work. Best Buy was great on returns. The headset sounded great. I do wish Best Buy would stock more headphones so we don't have to order and wait.

My dad bought this and he hasn’t had any complaints.

The overall microphone quality of this headset was very good. The only issue I had was even after tampering with things in settings and looking at countless tutorials, I could not get the sound to stop echoing.

The wireless function is kind of messed up for the PS4

I like the mic. Looks good, but I have to keep the mic really close to my mouth for ppl to hear or for it to register my voice. Comfortable and clean tho.

Decent sound and adjustability. I’ve had better sounding headphones, just got these for PC and they connect well and work well, just don’t love the sound profile even with all the eq settings you can adjust

Didn’t feel very comfortable for me personally, I have a huge head. Personally using the new razer headset and it’s cheaper and feels better for me. Also PC drivers didn’t work for me.

The first one i recieved from best buy had the output cord glued to the headphones. So i returned them to a local bestbuy and got new ones but the headphones are great. The buy experience from best wasnt great.

This mic is by far the most comfortable mic I’ve ever had. Sound is good. Software is nice. However, only after a day use the mute button will not turn off so I’m unable to use the mic unless I hold the switch down.

Do NOT get this headset. It has good durability And button layout, but the pros stop there. The sound quality and the mic, which are the most important features are horrible! I seriously think you get better sound and mic quality on $20 wired headsets than on this. For the price it’s just not worth it. Buy the Strix 2.4 Wireless headset from Asus for $50 more, and you get literally everything you could ever ask for with a headset. Unfortunate, you’ll have to get it at Walmart or the Asus store since they don’t seem to carry it at Best Buy.

These headphones have stood the test of time. Lightweight, comfortable. Game mix knob. I will only upgrade for better mic quality, but these headphones have served me well for 3 years. Solid buy.

I kept having problems connecting it through Bluetooth. If the 7p are available I would definitely recommend getting those instead since they are about the same price anyways.
