Didn’t like the product because I had to keep disconnecting the USB dongle to get audio from TV.

I bought this for y son jUST OVER a year ago and they are already broken and need to be replaced. Of course, the 1-year warranty JUST expired. I am very disappointed as we have always been a SteelSeries household, but I am going to have to start looking for a new brand of headphones.

I will make this very short. so far I have tried Plantronics 800lx, Logitech G933, Logitech G935, Corsair Void pro, Corsair HS70, Playstation Gold. out of all these are the best wireless headsets. Pros: 1-the sound is loud enough(important for me) comparing to other ones I tested. ( the only one with the same loudness on PC was Play station gold ) 2-the sound quality is very good. the software lets you fully tune your sound to your preferences. 3-Replacement parts are available (ear pads, head band ) 4-mic quality is good enough for gaming 5-battery life is good 6- they feel and look premium 7-ear cups are comfortable and they isolate inside and outside sound very well 8- ear cups swivel, so they fit every head comfortably and the swiveling kinda prevents them from breaking. cons: 1- bass is there but could be more ( still adjustable to a point with the SteelSeries software ) 2-the top aluminum part could be a bit taller for even more range of adjustments

I bought these specifically for being wireless and for the size of the ear pieces themselves, but I've only had them for less than a month and already I'm having some issues. To start off, yesterday I experienced a diminish in the audio quality just because I readjusted them to get to an inch in my ear. Even maxed out, things are pretty quiet. Then it started to turn off on me automatically, even with decent battery life remaining. It does come with two wires, one for recharging and the other for wired-use. I don't see the point in the latter, they don't work at all on my laptop. They seem more meant for phones, except they don't work on there either.

They're alright but not loud, not immersive and worst of all being i think that the ear cuffs?- are not sound isolating at all so i hear everything around me but what's goin on in my game.
