So loved these headphones for about a month. Started to notice something was going on with the audio in the speakers, as if the headset was catching the audio and couldn’t handle it- would make a scratchy static sound and would start beeping and turn off as if the headset knew the headset was encountering some malfunction. Head set is fully charged and not sure what the issue is, but now it seems like the headset no longer has full strength audio.

The first week I used them I fell in love. Every week since has been a decline into irritation. The battery charge seems to be much shorter and shorter after each charge. They almost never charge up to a full charge either. The charging indicator goes away like its on a full charge, but when turned on it says they are still less than 50%. I am able to get it to fully charge by unplugging them and waiting a few minutes before plugging them back in.

Ended up taking them back due to lack of Bluetooth connection with my phone and no optical audio. Seems these are more directed towards PC players, not console.

A month after I got these they started making a pop sound every few seconds and it would sometimes even zap me! Naturally I reached out to SteelSeries to see if I could get them replaced and not only did I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING THEY ALSO TAXED ME ON THE REPLACEMENT! Pray you don't have to rely on the manufacturer to replace what is obviously a defect in their product. Unbelievable.

Cracked 3.0 KD gamer.. these are NOT IT. I play cod and Pex. These are not it. I will never fall for the 3D surround sound whatever. It’s a trap. It actually just makes everything louder and ruins the direction audio. I messed with every setting and even tried 3rd party apps to help but no. Please go wired and don’t use surround sound 3D whatever crap

Extremely comfortable, great sound, but didn't last a year. Would not recommend for the price.

Quality of sound was very bad for ps4 but it said it was a ps4 and pc headset. I would not buy this again or recommend it.

Terrible for PC anyway! It has an issue where it will constantly beep and I mean it becomes literally all it does. Went thru company forums and Reddit, huge issue for this headset. Didn’t work out for me, welcome to test your luck.

Out of the box this headset has been nothing but problems. The battery indicator doesn’t function probably after a full day of charging. I had to do a factory reset for the headset battery indicator to function probably. The headset randomly disconnects and powers off. Apparently, this a well known issue with now fix. This headset had been out since 2017.

Very comfortable but sound crackles occasionally. Ended up returning them.

It may say its compatible with console but unfortunately I think its only ment for PC and PC only.

these did not end up working at all with my setup, could not say whether or not the sound was good or bad as a result

Great headset. Charging port broke about 6 weeks in.

Great headset that has lasted me over 3 years and it is still high quality and comfortable to this day. I use this on my PS5 and PC with great ease!

Barely had these over a monthly and there not charging anymore!

Poorly put together this is the second time I’ve had to buy these headsets because the first time the same problem happened with a charging unit does not attach properly and Best Buy has done a poor job with customer service.

I was not happy with the sound from this headset. I do not recommend this product.

I tried using different software and stuff. Still not up to par. Will try the Arctis Pro Wireless next.
