Died after 2 months of use. Only had the headset run out of battery a couple of times, and then the last time it wouldn't start and power button would flash and that was it. 2nd time trying this headset and switched to hyperx. Warranty for only a month so pretty SoL.

I've had these headsets for only 2-3 months and it constantly beeps and disconnects when I am using it. I stupidly did not pay for the replacement warranty so now I'm shot out of $200 for this terrible headset. Would not recommend.

These headphones have been malfunctioning, my friends will say my voice is going in and out and I have good WiFi, my sound goes in and out sometimes. I’ve seen multiple famous people wear these for years and not have an issue. Also, the led circle lights never once worked.

These headphones were not very good. We ended up taking them back

The right side speaker is so much louder than the left.

Great headset, but, Microphone stopped working after 4 months of normal usage. OEM won't take it back because i bought it off bestbuy, and bestbuy won't unless you spend 16$ on geek squad. next time i'll just buy from the company instead of bestbuy.

I use this headset for gaming and chatting in-game. It cuts out and crackles CONSTANTLY. I bought these about a year ago and really wish I could get my money back.

I picked these up over Christmas and have been very happy with them. They are very comfortable, and I've got a fairly big melon. The ear pads are made out of a nice cloth which doesn't look like it will start to peel off like some other headphones I've owned. I use them primarily for my PS4 and you have to hook them up through a USB receiver which then transmits to the PS4. They cannot connect to the PS4 via bluetooth. Also the manual that comes with these headphones has lots of bad information which doesn't reflect the current product. When they charge the power button is supposed to glow red to green indicating a good charge, but it is actually the mic LED which glows when the headphones are charging. Charge time is great, about 14 hours or so has been my experience. They also do a good job at cancelling out noise, even though they aren't meant for that, and you can plug in 1/8" audio devices to the USB receiver to connect to other analog devices over wireless.

These have terrible advertising, Best Buy advertises them as a Xbox headset however they don’t work for Xbox. I am not sure if that’s bestbuy’s fault or the manufacturer but they DO NOT work with Xbox

Only 30 days old and all ready broke. Limited choice of headphones in store. I was told that the kind I wanted were no longer available, yet there still listed on the website as available with ordering. Which is it?

This is my second headset from SteelSeries. I had recently purchased the Arctis Pro w Game Dac, although great on my PC because everything is on the left, however. the wires while playing my PS4 were annoying, especially with the added optical connection you need for your PS4 Slim. The Arctis Pro Wireless was a bit out of reach, cost wise, so I went with the Arctis 7 Wireless. This is a Must Buy... I first tried this on my PC through Spotify and was Blown Away!!!, Especially when I set it up on the SteelSeries Engine 3. Which gives you multiple selections on the preset equalizer. The Highs and Lows and Bass was incredible. I was in literarily in Heaven. Now it was time to check it out on my PS4 and I was Equally Blown Away!!! It sounded Amazing!!! Plus it was so Cool that it was wireless. If you are looking for a Comfortable Well Made Headset with Amazing Sound Quality, I highly recommend the Acrtis 7 from SteelSeries.

This is my second pair of these “headsets”. First one battery died after around a year, second pair had not stop cracking. I tried every fixed nothing worked so I bought some Logitech’s and haven’t looked back.

i bought this headset as my first ever wireless headset, and it was terrible echoey sound, low base and just overall not a good headset , the mic was low quality, just a disappointment in general

This brand came highly rated from friends. I don’t play games a lot so I figured i would take their advise. I used it maybe ten times. Now microphone doesn’t work.

Would not take a charge. Read reviews, no mention of this. Searched for “won’t charge” and there were a lot. This has been happening you’d think they’d fix it but I guess you can’t stop the Chinese assembly line.

microphone was not functional or possible compatible with device. Returned this few hours later for another brand/type.

The USB port on the headset will no longer hold any USB cable, which means it cannot charge. Also, while in wireless mode the headset has horrible static sounds. I do not recommend this.

Had to return as the person helping me must not have realized these headsets were for gaming on computers only. Very disappointed as really wanted these to work. Would be great for computer gamers
