Always seemed to have connection issues. Within a few months of using them, the battery stopped charging fully and eventually died.

    MY FAVORITE HEADSET

This headset was my first wireless one. I came from the Kitty Razer Kraken wired headset and hated the cord because it constantly tangled itself, which ultimately resulted in it breaking before I had it for a whole year. (I do not recommend getting wired Razer headsets because of this reason--they do not have good cords). So, I decided to opt towards a wireless one this time around. I was a bit hesitant getting these because of the mixed reviews on Amazon considering the price, so I decided to buy them from Best Buy in order to prevent any third-party sellers that may give me a faulty headset. I've had it for a few weeks now and I must say I really do love them! However, I will list some pros and cons. Considering this is my first wireless headset, I cannot give the best review in terms of "bang for your buck", because I know this headset is kind of pricey. However, from my experience, I definitely think it was worth it for me. I get HOURS upon hours of gameplay without having to charge them, and even if they do die, you can just plug them into a power source and play while they charge. The charging port can be a bit short depending on where your PC sits, but I haven't had any trouble with it. There is also a feature on this headset that allows you to balance out your audio between CHAT (i.e. Discord) and whatever game you are playing without having to access the volume mixer. (The scroll is on the back right earpiece). I feel like this makes it super convenient to balance out audio and I use this feature all the time. There is also a mute button on the headset that is a lot easier to push than the one I had on my previous Razer headset. Also, the wireless connection is amazing. There is no delay in audio, and I can also walk around the house without losing connection (and I live in a two story!) Cons: The headset is not adjustable, but I have a rather big head and I do not feel any discomfort whatsoever. If you play for a REALLY long time, you may feel the pressure of the elastic on the top of your head, but I always adjust my headset every couple hours and I don't see it as a huge deal. Also, the mic isn't the greatest, but my friends are still able to hear and understand me loud and clear. So even if you aren't planning to invest in a separate "professional" mic, this one will do if you only really use comms casually. So yeah, I definitely would recommend this headset to anyone looking for a good wireless one! Again, I was hesitant about purchasing this for myself, but I have had an amazing experience with these headphones and I do not regret purchasing them at all.

I got my SteelSeries Arctis 7 yesterday and since I started using it I'm having a lot of ear pain, this headset is uncomfortable for both head and ear.

Not sure how this product has so many good reviews. The headband on this thing is for a 5 year old sized head. The ear muffs get extremely hot. Returning.

    Great Headphones. Highly Recommended!

These headphones are awesome. Sound is on point. If you play First person shooting games, get these! Sound is crisp (footsteps can be heard) and great bass. Its comfortable for long gaming sessions or just listening to music. Minor flaws on my end is that, I end up hitting the volume control few times when putting them on. Wish they either move them or made the wheel a bit tighter. Mic output is good when on wireless (sounds abit muffled), I highly recommend using the provided headphone jack, it's night n day mic quality when connected. Nothing beats wired connection, no interruptions at all.

Bad sound quality for gaming. The DTS and surround quality is extremely bad. My previous headset (RIG 800xl) are 10x better.

Great at first, but over time they develop issues.

While the headphones were of good quality, over time they required a few additions to improve and revitalize them. I had to replace the battery, as the capacitance kept lowering to the point the headset was chained to a charging cord, the headband needed to be replaced because it started to sag, and the earpads needed to be replaced/upgraded because the stock versions are cheap, and after the third year, the charging port went out.
