Solid sound quality, no noticeable lag, and it one of those products that just works. I had bought another wireless headset, and although much more expensive it had connection issues. The Arctis is solid. It is unfortunate that not all the features work with the PS4, but with that in mind still worth it. A solid wireless headset.

Bought this headset for my son and he loves them. They are very comfortable and they have excellent sound. The microphone is very good and you can hear him when he is playing games fine. Overall excellent product. I would recommend waiting for a sale though as the price is a bit high but at least you won't regret the purchase.

The Arctis 7 provide quality sound at a mid-range price. I upgraded to this set from Turtle Beach Earforce Stealth 400’s; and the difference was night and day. I originally thought about purchasing the more expensive “Pro,” model; but the casual gamer will find that this model offers the necessary punch at half the price.

I’m not a huge gamer but I wanted headphones that were not only durable but were comfortable when I played for a couple hours at a time and also as a kid balance of bass and in game sounds. These headphones checked every box on my list, I definitely recommend for anyone serious gamer or just a beginner

So far it's a great headset. Comfortable to wear for hours, the battery life is great, and the range is really impressive. It uses it's own receiver for wireless connectivity, so don't pick this up if you're looking for a Bluetooth headset. Would absolutely recommend to PC users.

The headphones are comfy and sound amazing. They have a baseline which make you be able to hear more of the other audio sounds. However, the only cons are that it requires you to use a laptop or PC to change the settings on it for example the equalizer. There is also no app to use this headphones while on the phone.

Comfortable, Good Sound, Bought for PS5 knowing there was no chat control. But the chat wheel if move accidentally will turn off your sound. I thought I had lost connection or something. I'm going to get the Arctis 7P instead. Also, software works with Mac.

Bought these for my boyfriend to connect to his PS5. I've personally worn them and they are comfortable and the sound cancelation is great. So great that most of the time he can't hear me when I'm talking to him and he has these on.

Finally found a good set of quality wireless gaming headphones that work for my head. Others I've tried hurt the top or bottom of my ears after a little while of wearing, but these I can wear for a while with total comfort. Sound quality is great, love the customization as well.

Bought these for my son at Christmas. He is extremely happy with them. They seem to have long range, and my son says the sound of his games are remarkable. They are built strong. Should last him for quite a long time. Easy to set up.

Very comfortable headset! Some of the best audio both in game and for music. The chat/game mixer is awesome and very handy, mic quality is decent. There is some issues with the battery led indicator requires you to plug the headset in to charge to reset the indicator when the headset is at full.

Love the feel, sound and build of these headphones. The earcups are soft and actually do a great job with ambient noise. Only wish was for a larger velcro pad on the ski google fabric for more adjustments. No chat mix for ps4 is a drag, but not a big problem.

Very comfortable. They do not hurt the top of my head like previous headsets and the ear cups are pillowy soft. I'm no audiophile, but these sound fine to me. I can hear all the detail sounds in games, like footsteps or far-away alarms. And they block out a lot of sound IRL.

My old headset broke (turtle beach stealth 450), so I got this to replace it. These are more comfortable, have better sound, and better wireless range. The noise cancellation is excellent as well. It completely puts my old headset to shame.

These are great headsets for the standard gamer. However, I would like to point out there is one bug that could send users into a tizzy. If you power your headphones on while charging, then take them off, it can impact your headsets ability to charge. The headset's charging is driven by way it was connected. I don't recall the steps, but should you make this mistake, your headset will not allow you to fully charge your batteries until you UNDO the initial act. Your headset will tell you it's needing to be charged and continue to blink red even though they are charged. The headset s will cut out early even if it's fully charged. With a little understanding you can avoid this headache and get full charging once again. You can probably look online for the solution, but knowing this will keep you from thinking they are defective or that the battery doesn't last. If that was fixed, I'd have given the headset 5 stars. They feel comfy, though using this kind of headset will not stay on active headbangers, so don't drop anything or the headphones may be the next thing on the floor. :)
