From turtle beach and razer this so by far the best headset at its price trust me with their software like any modern headset it need to be configured to your own liking and it super cool what things you can set and change would recommend

I'm using the Arctis 7 Wireless headphones with my Alienware m15 laptop and they work perfectly. They're super comfortable and have great controls for chat/gaming volume adjustments. The mic also sounds good with minimal distortion. Definitely recommended.

Purchased the SteelSeries - Arctic 7 Wireless DTS Headphone Gaming Headset for my grandson for Christmas 2020. He was excited to receive it and it was everything he wanted. The wireless feature was a must.. Excellent sound.

Comfort = 4/5 The headband is extremely comfortable, but feels a little insecure. The ear cups feel like they put pressure on my ears in an uncomfortable way. Sound = 5/5 Amazing sound when you activate the 7.1, surround sound in games sounds crisp and clear as well. Mic = 1/5 Sounds muffled and tends to pick up lots of background noise, even when the sound gate is adjusted. Also, there's a static noise that comes through the mic even when everything is absolutely silent. Honestly the mic was so bad that it was a deal breaker for the headset :(( I spent a fair amount of time playing with the settings too. Honestly I think there are better options out there for this price point.

My husband gives this gift a thumbs up! Super clear sound and mic (really cool that the mic retracts too). Very comfortable and they look sleek. Only issue he's had is with the chat mixer not working correctly. I think we will contact the manufacturer to see if they can repair or replace.

This headset has comfortable material on the earcups, Microphone is very clear, and audio quality is very good! The only two reasons I did not give it 5 stars are: 1) the earcups didn't quite have enough space in them for my ears so they slightly pressed on my cartilage which would become painful after a while. 2) The headband is comfortable, however, it doesn't allow for a ton of adjustability so I could see it being an issue for people with bigger or small head size. That being said, the headband was quite comfortable and the build quality seemed above average for the price point. Although I took mine back because of the ear pressure point issue, I would recommend this headset!

Greatest wireless headset I’ve ever used. After downloading the Steelseries Engine and setting my surround sound settings up, it’s been unlike any other headset I’ve used. All my buddies say my mic sounds much better and the headset itself is snug and comfy on your head.

these are super comfortable, high quality and great sounding headphones. ive had the arctis 5s and also have the arctis pros right now and these by far are my favorite. if youre willing to shell out the cash, you wont be disappointed

I have been using this headset for about 6 months. The battery life is great, sound is good. They can get a bit uncomfortable after having them on literally all day but decently comfortable. The built in sound mixer option is absolutely amazing!

The sound quality and range of these headphones is unreal, I'm also able to move around pretty much my entire house with ease without a break in communication or sound quality. These cups kill the competition, 100%!

Got this set for our son and he uses them quite often. He says they're comfortable and have good sound quality. He doesn't chat, so I can't comment on the mike. Overall, they appear to be a quality set of headphones, especially for the price.

Headset feels good to put on doesn’t hurt your ears after a while, the sound quality is real crisp Battery life is good last a while, for the price it’s definitely a very good headset definitely would recommended

Overall the audio quality is 5 stars and the mic voice quality is 4. I have had issues with some of my online friends telling me I need to bring up my mic close to sensitivity higher. Headset feels great! No discomfort and great cushion. Would recommend to anyone.

Probably the best headset for the money. The comfort level is the best I've ever felt and I'm coming from a more expensive leather Logitech headset. The audio is great too. My next one will probably be the Arctis 7 pro.

Amazing sound, great battery, great mic, software that lets you customize them, really solid build. After a year of using these and comparing them with the Pulse headset, these win hands down

Best gaming headset I’ve ever used. There is some tuning involved to get the sound right and mic has passive noise cancellation which is great. No wireless issues and holds a decent charge. I’d wait for the sale price.

Initial impression is that they sound great - far better than my Corsair HS70 cans. Much fuller sound with strong, but not overpowering bass. The surround sound seems to be better on these for BF1 as well. They feel pretty sturdy, and I like that the mic and be hidden away. I don't like that the ear cups are cloth because they feel warmer than a fake leather product, but it doesn't seem to be an issue after wearing them for a couple hours or so. Another complaint is that the mic mute button is on the bottom of the one earcup, and it's very easy to hit. When the mic is muted, no sound is made, but there is a red LED on top of the mic that can be seen, so I guess there's that. Overall, very satisfied thus far.

Definitely worth it, very comfortable fit even after wearing for a long time. One size fits all, can't make it longer but have no issues with this. Sound is good and can turn down chat if you want to focus more on game sound.
