Great headset no cap love the sound and comfort easy to use and good volume only thing is the headset fall off head other than that great

Let me start by saying that we are a RAZER loyal customer... so before getting this headset we starter with Razer's Nari Ultimate. Man those headsets are bulky, heavy, uncomfortable, and worst part sound really bad. So we did a to of research and the Arctis 7 kept coming up...so we pulled the trigger knowing that we would be sacrificing the (unnecessary) RGB function. Man, these things are sweet !! the low profile, stylish, yet robust in construction. The audio quality is perfect and the mic really captures a crisp voice. Go get them, no doubt a great set in the $150 price range area...

I was using the Razer Kraken headsets before and I find this to be much more comfortable. I like the sound quality and is pretty good for extended gaming sessions.

Great set of gaming headphones. The mic is very clear and has a convenient mute button on the headset itself. There is not much noise cancelling with the earpads so if you are playing in a noisy environment then it could be distracting. Swapping the headset between devices is very easy since you only need to plug in the USB adapter and it should connect. You may need to reset your preferences to use the headset for speaker and mic but that's the only "difficult" part with setup.

These were for my son. He has used them now for over a year and is working great! Hold a great charge, noise cancel is pretty good! Overall a great buy!

Bought this for my brother and he loves it. He games on his PC, and he says the headset is super comfortable to wear, and the mic is solid.

Headset is comfortable and WIRELESS! No pesky cords, battery life last and if it dies just connect it via USB and keep using the headset while it’s charging.

I love the way these headphones work. Signal is great. Comfortable. I'm only complaint to reduce to 4 stars is the lack of bass in the audio. I use these as my phone at work, so bass is not that important there. .

Got these to game on my PC and I absolutely love them. The comfort is great, the sounds are absolutely amazing, and the mic is Crystal clear. So far I have zero complaints

This headset is a great value for the majority of people who will be playing games or doing productivity work. The wireless nature makes it very nice, since you do not need to mess with a wire (until you need to charge). The sound is great, with very easy to use on headphone volume, mixer, microphone mute and power. The retractable microphone makes it great for getting out of the way when not needed. My main issues with the headset are that it lacks Bluetooth connectivity, and that it still uses micro-USB, although these are very minor inconveniences.

Works great with PS4. Very simple set up. Great battery life. Game play sounds great...I can hear water like no other. Party chat is good sounding. Definitely would recommend.

So far this has been the best purchase I have made. The headphones are very comfortable, it blocks out the noise, they don’t hurt after using them for a long time.

if you are looking for a multi-device wireless headset with a good mic, this is the one for you. It makes chatting over discord and balancing game audio very convenient wherein I wouldn't have to adjust the volume from the desktop of my PC. Easy setup and is very customizable EQ with their software. I'd give the mic a 9/10 for clarity. It is fairly clear but I have another headset which is clearer but is $40 more expensive. Overall, the SteelSeries Arctis 7 is a good value wireless headset for multiple devices. Only Con I think it has is that it still utilizes micro-usb and NOT usb type-C.

Fits perfect on the head. Mic and sound quality is amazing. The wireless connection makes gaming for comfortable and mobile. Highly recommend.

I really like how flexible these are and they are super comfortable with the adjustable strap. The battery life last a really long time.

These are better than advertised. The sound and quality of the product are way better than advertised. I can wear them for hours without them hurting my head or ears.
