Where to begin... To start straight out of the box and hooked up it had horribly low volume. I had to download 3rd party software to try and crank it up. After doing this I notice the sound is horrible. So I messed with equilizer in EquilizerAPO to make it sound better but no matter what I did the sound constantly clipped and I would have to lower the volume to the point it was just too low. I've had the same issue with other Steel Series headsets and will never purchase one again, which sucks because they are super comfortable and very well made but their software is horrid. Grabbed a Turtle Beach elite atlas instead and it's the best sounding and most comfortable headset I've ever owned. (Not everyone experiences this low volume garbage on their system but from what I've gathered a ton of people do)

I've bought these twice from the same place. They sound very good and I like the fact that they're wireless for ps4 and pc. The problem for me is that they both broke within one year of owning them. The left side would break and make it so that only that side would work. Other than that I would recommend them.

The audio playback on this headset is awesome. I had a bit of a problem getting it to work nicely with Dragon Naturally Speaking so I returned it but it is a very comfortable headset though a little heavy and it would slide off my head (I have long and soft hair).

Works great, sounds great, connects easily. The build quality seems very good. The strap adjusts by using velcro which may not please some people. The ear pads are a kind of mesh material but it is very smooth. Retractable mic is an awesome feature and works well.

The microphone is a little too sound dampening. Meaning they won’t hear you when in use and someone talks to you from inside the room. But you need to speak up for them to hear you. Noise cancelling is not the best but definitely good. Surround sound is decent but needs work with up and down placements. Battery life is excellent.

This head set is really good and works great.When I first started using it it got me a head ache but I just had to loosen it.I have had this head set for a few months and it’s great perfect for gaming and other stuff.I use the headset on PC but it also worked great on my Xbox.Overall the headset is great and performance wise you can hear exactly where people are in games!
