Good Sounds, Bad Quality

It's easy to use and extremely comfortable, but broke in a little over a year. For the price, it shouldn't have broken that fast. The left side of the headset cuts out a lot during games and occasionally make static noises.

Awesomeness

I returned a Sony earbuds and decided to get a gaming headset. Best decision I’ve made so far this year lol. Sound is amazing. The microphone is very clear. Bass is deep without distortion. I think the highs can be a bit better but yeah it’s still awesome.

solid gaming headset

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i purchased this headset after my logitech G633 headset broke after ~4 years of use. this is a great replacement. i find that the sound quality is not as rich as the logitech headset, but the arctis 7 headset is far more comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and i like that the microphone is attached to a flexible wire that can be stashed away.

And the controls are very useful for choosing voice versus game audio. And the interface for controlling the levels is amazingly useful. If I could change one thing, it would be the lack of lighting to match up with my other Steel series products. Still 5 stars though.
