I originally wanted to get the Pro+Gamedac but it was out of stock. So my buddies talked me into getting a wireless for more freedom and clear up some cable management. At first the headset does sound horrible but with your own custom tweaks on the Steelseries Engine they have been on point. No regrets buying them

Headphones have great audio quality and the retractable mic is neat. Headset is also very comfortable but my issue with the headset is it frequently disconnects for no reason. Battery life doesn't seem to be that great. I think I will go for wired headset next time.

Great set of gaming headphones. The wireless function does not use Bluetooth but a localized emitter that plugs into your machine. The sound is much clearer than if it used traditional Bluetooth. The Arctis 7 also has a wired option as well. The mic quality is great and is easy to use as well as the headband adjustment.

Excellent sound, good battery time so far, works well in my games.

Owned for over 4 months and I do not regret this purchase. I went from wired HyperX headphones to this and I will admit I noticed a small lag difference but its worth it to me to not have to deal with the wires and being able to speak/listen in another room. Would recommend and buy again!

Love these head phones sooo much. Great quality, and beautiful sound. Only bad thing is the head band strap might not work for you too well if you have a lot of hair on top of your head. It works well for me because I have a medium sized head with little amount of hair.

Clean crisp sound easy to connect user friendly good battery life

definitely the best wireless gaming headset I've owned. My only complaint about this headset is the chat vs. game setting. It took some getting used to that my PC audio could be set to chat input but my volume control was turned all the way to gaming so it appeared as if the headset was not working.

Lets start by saying this IS a good headset. Is it worth the price IMO, no. It is pretty comfortable (I do have a big head) but not overly so. The sound quality is nothing that sets it apart from alot of other competitors that can be similarly priced or less and I find this headset does rely heavily on the software that comes with it, which isnt great. My wife and I have had these headsets for a little over a year and mine has started to crackle at times or have the sound blink in and out on occasion for no particular reason. Nothing game breaking but it is annoying. These are be definition, mediocre at best and the price just isn't justified, sadly.

After reading a lot of reviews I was a little skeptical, but once I received then that changed. Great sound quality, nothing elite or super bassy however. But the mic works well and have had no issues with latency yet. Only complaint is that the mic length seems a little short for my taste.

I play mainly first person shooters on PC so this headset is perfect for those games. The headset is discord certified so it works flawlessly with the app. The controls on the headset are easy to use but the only thing I don't like about them is they're not that comfortable when worn for a long time. The strap flattens your hair because it's snug and after a while it starts to itch.

The headset was fine but the charging had issues after one year of usage. I would really recommend for new headsets that have USB-C charging instead of micro USB. The worst part is their software support. The UI deign is confusing and not very helpful. The sound quality is good just like other headsets similar to this price. Another annoying feature is the wireless connector is a cable interceptor instead of a USB controller. This caused you cannot let plug in and have to find a place to leave it which could warp around other cables. The battery life is decent but not impressive. The only unique part is support with Discord to adjust voice chat volume which is very useful, but that comes as the only noticeable part. Therefore, I do NOT recommend this. You can look for other companies' new headsets with refined technology.

Great sound.. easy to set up.. Hreat headset.. Something to be aware of the wireless connection is a usb cable with the receiver being a small round piece at the end.. So not ideal for laptop unless you keep it in a stationary location

I just don't understand. I've heard so many great things about this product. The sound quality is okay-ish. No one has complained about my mic so that's an improvement in itself from my previous pair. The SteelSeries Engine 3 refused to acknowledge the headset so I was never able to tinker around in there. Perhaps I would have been able to fix it then. The game sound quality was okay but the chat? Garbage. Sounded worse than a 15$ headset. Whenever anyone got slightly loud in chat, it would sound like the speakers were going to burst and crackled in my ears. Like when you record a song at too high a volume as a ringtone but your phone's speakers just cannot handle it? That. And for the price tag, that is simply intolerable. Also there headset doesn't hug my head tight enough. Simply shaking my head causes it to move out of place. The cushions of the pads are too squishy, so my ears are constantly up against the actual speakers.
