Charging port broke after 1 year

They use a mini USB cable to charge, which should be been a red flag before purchase. It broke quickly, just like the old cell phones with the same port did. The original charging cable broke after about 3 months of careful use. Now I can't get any mini USB cables to work.

Wireless with a catch

Pros: wireless Cons: Small battery, horrible bass clarity, more expensive than Arctis 5. This is a steelseries product. The build quality is fantastic but seriously guys. The sound is beautiful until you hit a certain frequency of base than it’s snap crackle pop returned!
