Randomly turned itself off

The game/chat balance doesn't seem to work very well, it just turns both up or down. Yhe biggest problem is that it randomly turns itself off, even while plugged in. Very annoying playing competitive games and trying to communicate with teammates.

Nothing special for the price...

I use it for in game, discord and music, the range of audio decibels, or however you want to call it is pretty low. I’ve made changes in my PC, the app that comes with it, etc and same result... a shame for $130. The Logitech G933 are truly better. Also the mute button gets stuck every other time I use it I would return it but got hospitalized and now is too late to do it... missed the window.
