Comfortable, Great Sound, but . . .

Being home based on an IP phone I spend lots of time on the phone. I cannot hear my voice real tim like I did on my office headset. When Live Preview is turned on, there is a slight delay in my voice in my ear. Causes one to stutter. Let me know if anyone has a solution or if my headset is defective. Thanks!
