One Ear Louder

Have tried everything I could find to troubleshoot, no luck. Seems like it's a consistent problem. Had to return. Other than that. Sound is much deeper than cheaper wired headsets I have used. However, quality is mediocre.

Stopped charging after 3 months.

The audio was okau but when it came to charging one day, it stopped. I've tried different cables, and still nothing. I'm currently working on a ticket with steelseries and hopefully, they send a replacement. This leaves a distaste in using their products in the future. It's not worth the full price.
