No chat mix to PS4, Poor customer service

Headset had decent sound off the bat. Found that the chat/game dial on the right side does not work off the bat. Spoke with their CSR department, was advised the feature does not work for PS4 and to open a support case. Opened a support case, tech support advised the feature is listed on the product details for incompatible feature to PS4 and sent me an e-mail link of the description. Read it top to bottom, nothing stating chat mix feature is not compatible and advised such. Tech support and CSR department just stopped contact after. Poor product for missing a that big of a feature. Major fail for Steel Series not standing behind their product.
