Extremely loud "Air" or "Hissing" sound. Poor quality mic sound. Cumbersome buttons.

It does not sound the same as my 9x. People say they do, but not on my ears.

This headset is leagues ahead of other headsets of it's price range. -Sound: these sound great for gaming and it's nice and crisp. The volume gets to a loud level and had great directional feedback. -Comfort: Super comfortable, I could wear these for hours and never get any sort of pain on my ears or top of the head, the cups also never make your ears swear. -Battery: these easily last multiple gaming sessions and you can have them plugged in while charging.

Got alot of background static when using. I returned them got my money back.

Only after 4 months of use, the battery will only last about 30-45 minutes.

I wouldn't buy this headset to use it with a PS4..

Best headset. Very clear sounds, Able to hear footsteps and what direction they are coming from.

First of all, the headset is super comfortable. I have a size medium head and the band and ear cups fit perfectly. I can wear it all day and almost forget about it. There is some noise when I move my head. The ears cups are covered in a soft, synthetic material that feels much better against my skin than the plastic or fake leather found on most headsets. It also breathes better, so there is no heat build-up or sweating. The sound quality is good, but I expected much more at this price point. The bass is weak and even turning it up only makes it more prominent, but no deeper. The sound is good enough for games or videos, but audiophiles listening to music will be disappointed. I bought this gaming headset for the 7.1 surround sound, hoping to improve my experience in Fortnite. It helps a little. Sometimes I can tell the direction of a sound, but most of the time I cannot. It works best distinguishing left from right, but front and back sound the same. And there is no way to tell up from down. Still, this headset is so comfortable, I can't take it off. I'm wearing it right now and I'm not even listening to anything!

Good product! They work great and once you figure out the software your able to make them louder though its really not needed. The sound is amazing right outta the box. I have been using them for 4 days so far without having to recharge them so battery life is awesome. Also Best Buy holds true on their price matching so always let them know if you find it at another store cheaper and get that bad feeling. If you buy them at Best Buy you wont get that bad feeling as the Price Match refund could not of been any easier. Thanks Best Buy!!
