Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the excellent sound quality and comfortable fit of the Arctis 7P Wireless headset. Many also praise the long battery life and the convenient retractable microphone. However, some users note that the bass could be improved and that the maximum volume might be insufficient for some. A few also point out the use of a micro-USB charging port instead of USB-C as a drawback.

This particular headset is the best Playstation 5 headset I've come across. I have tried the Pulse 3D, Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2, and these Arctis 7p and these are the best by far. The out the box sounds are awesome. The comfort is great for any head size. And the ease of use allows for wireless or wired. Great product.

Normally I’m a brand loyal guy but want to expand my horizon a bit. When I thought about getting headphones for my PS5 my choice was between the Sony and Steel Series brand. After doin a lot of research and listening to both I felt the steel series were better overall. Using in game was a total game changer! Excellent choice!

A little much thrown at you at first with all the cables but quickly get the gist of it, really great sound, could hear a pin drop from a mile away - clear mic. No echo, better than the pulse for ps5 - feels good, the fitting takes a couple of adjustments. All in all great headset extremely happy i got it, so much so that i had to write a review lol

One of the best if not the best wireless headset for the PS4/PS5 out today. My son originally purchased the Sony wireless headset for the PS5, but indicated that the microphone audio sounded distant. I like the fact that the Arctis has the retractable microphone on the side. So far, the audio quality has been amazing.

There isnt too much to say about these headphones other than they work as advertised and they are ridiculously comfortable especially for long gaming sessions. I got these instead of the Sony Pulse Wireless for PS5 because I have heard the build quality isnt great and that isnt the case with these so buy these instead

Pros: Great Build Quality Extremely Comfortable Sound is solid and what I would expect Cons: No PS4/PS5 Auto detection No Chat Mixer Retractable Mic is hard to adjust properly Honestly I would prefer to use these over the Pulse 3D headset. The largest miss though is that as soon as the USB dongle is plugged in to the system, all audio routes to the headset. You either have to adjust system settings or unplug the dongle to swap the audio from the headset to the TV and vice versa. I know this seems minor, but it's a huge inconvenience. This headset is light, comfortable, sound is great, and I could see wearing them for extended gaming sessions due to the battery life. Unfortunately the auto connection miss is a non starter for me and I will be returning these.

Excellent headset. Works perfectly with my PS5 right out of the box. Sleek design, comfortable ear cups and crossbar. Mic quality is good and battery life gets me though a few days of gaming. No complaints aside from the charging port being micro usb instead of USB-C. Excellent bang for your buck.

Not the best sounding headphones but I purchased them for gaming and they get the job done quite well. I game with glasses so these are pretty comfortable and I have worn for a few hours at a time. I use on the PS5 and it connects easily, also use on the switch and the ease of compatibility with both is convenient. I can hear and communicate with no troubles and would recommend.

My son loves this pair of headphones. He uses it for PS4 and now 5 and PC. He likes how comfortable it is with the elastic band and ease of microphone. I will say placement of the antenna took a bit to work out. He found it best over top of monitor. He does wish wire was longer.

On the PS5 the sound quality is great. Comfort is also good, having worn them for over 2 hours with no discomfort. The only gripe I have is that my connection will drop every now and then, even though the wireless receiver and the headset are right in front of one another with only about 2 feet distance. I have not got to test the mic quality yet so I can't comment on that. Overall though I am happy with the headset.

Really good gaming headset. I had returned 2 others before this one, and this one stays. Good battery life, never been disconnected, easy controls and set up, super comfy even for bigger ears, accommodates glasses well. One star less for sound quality but not really an issue for gaming purposes. If you want high-end sound for music etc., you better be ready to spend way more than 150 bucks..

These are pretty decent for a wireless headset. The build quality is great and the battery life is long. I play FPS like Warzone and Black Ops and one thing I’ll say is the footsteps can be heard so clearly that I’m already anticipating which direction enemies are coming from. My only knock is that they’re not the loudest in terms of pure volume. Either way I’m happy with my purchase

I own the iconic Astro A50, and I have to say these feel even better on my ears. They are high quality and rest easy on my head. Love it. Only downside is if you hope to have an Xbox Series X, these will not work on that. So if you think you’ll be a two console house (PS5, Xbox), hold out for the Arctis 7X which works on both.

These headphones are super comfortable as I have read in many reviews. The sound is good enough but doesnt have the bass and loudness of my previous headphones. One issue I have noticed, the power connector wont work on my normal USB ports. I have to actually plug this device into the wall to get the correct power to charge the headphones. However, the battery life on these things are amazing.

Super comfortable earpads, full-bodied sound and great connectivity. My only issue with these headphones was how unstable they were. Any sudden movement I made resulted in the headphones moving. The right earcup for some reason always felt a little looser around my ear than the left one did. Those could be personal issues, though. You should give them a try at least!

Very comfortable as the earpads actually swivel to match your head. Great Sound also. Just purchased 2nd one for a gift as that was feature wanting is comfort. Had tried the PS wireless headset which sound great and fit my smaller head great. Husband returned that one and loves this pair
