This headset has a good build despite being relatively light, and it's very comfortable. The little things such as the buttons, the light on the mic, and the app to mix/adjust your sound settings for different games are what set it apart.

Had purchased these on 12/31/2020, and were supposed to be available for pickup on 1/12/2021 but then there was a delay, so they had pushed it back to 1/25/2021. When the day finally came, they gave me one that had been used. I noticed the box was already opened, and when I looked inside the box, the headphones had already been worn as there were hairs on it, and stains on them as well. This had bummed me out, but at least they were able to exchange it and send me a new headset, but I had to wait another week. It's unfortunate that I was able to fully test them out during my winter break as a college student, but I've tried them out here and then, and they sound great, and mic quality is good/average. This won't give you a big advantage in FPS games like war zone in terms of audio, at least in my opinion, but it'll give you a bit more of awareness. This is me comparing the sound to the Astro A10's I had for PS4 for a rough estimate of how the Arctis 7P may sound, but I could be wrong, and maybe I haven't adjusted them enough.

I switched from the Turtle beach 700/800 wireless headphones that were $150. Gloat I switched. Sounds great. No one complains about not being able to hear me or background noise. Charges and connect every time.

I have the ps5 headset and hyper x alpha, these steel series are better than both. Easy to use. Very comfortable, can use for a long period of time without ears getting irritated, light weight, and great sound.

Bought these for my son. He loves them. Mid-range steelcase, good battery life, good audio, he’s not a fan of the mic, but likes that it retracts so he can use a boom mic for gaming.

Overall a pretty good headset. Only cons would be that it lacks bass and the mid to high range could be improved. Obviously these are personal opinions coming from an audiophile. Software is pretty good and easy to use and mic is EXCELLENT!

I read alot of good new and bad about these headphone, but i can say this is the most comfortable pair I've ever had. At the moment i cant speak on the longevity of the build, but the sound quality and mic both sound phenomenal.

Very comfortable and the battery lasts a long time. I use it with my PS5. The USB-C dongle and extension cable is excellent and very small so it’s hidden in my tv console. Highly recommend for the money.

The versatility and comfort sets this headset apart from similar ones in the same category and some in a higher category. The ease in setting the headset up along with the great immersive sound sold me on this product.

My favorite thing about this headset is how comfortable it is. I can play for hours without it bothering me. Its loud and i love that the mic can be pushed in. Pleases my aesthetic needs.

Extremely comfortable gaming headset. Great sound quality, easy to use controls, supports PS5 3D Audio tech, long battery life and lightweight. A better option than Sony’s 3D audio gaming headset in my opinion.

Happy with this headset, especially for the price. I am not a serious gamer but play casually and this is such a massive step up from my older SteelSeries pair I got many years ago; the tech has definitely improved. I also use them all the time for watching shows and movies through my PS5, and it would be easy enough to pair with my other devices. Battery life is decent, but you can also use it wired in a pinch and the mic still works when wired. I yelled into the microphone when something in a game took me off guard and I think the unit was low on battery because the surround-sound feature in the mic shut off. Note to other tech-ignorant people like me: when it's charging, the only light you'll see is the red on/off indicator on the microphone, but rest assured it's charging and does not take long to do so.

Highly recommend. Great sound and effects are easy to distinguish when configured with the equalizer. Battery time is about 4-6 hours if not more.

Great gaming headphones for PlayStation 5. The sound is great, it adds a sense of open space with the sound. They are comfortable and the padding is fantastic. I use it with my Nintendo switch as well due to the easy switching of devices with usb-c adapter. Highly recommend.

Headset quality is great. The design is stellar. The microphone is crisp and the cups provide good bass. Volume could be a bit louder when using some streaming applications.

Great headset that works perfectly with the Ps5. Its very comfortable and sounds better to me than the Sony that was designed for Ps5. I have them both and to me it is all around better than the Sony.

Most comfortable headset I’ve had ever really wish they would have had blue tooth or had a game and chat mix built in like the pulse headset sounded good but there was no really good in between on sounds either to loud on team mates or game was to loud to hear your team

Awesome product! Easy to use and durable material. I love it. the battery lasts hours and hours. It won't discharge when not in use. Exactly what I was looking for.
