The audio quality and comfort are great. I use this headset for my ps5 and my pc.

These headphones are super convenient and I can't imagine going wired again. The sound quality is very good although the bass is a bit muddy. It has decent battery life and a great mic but I personally found the ear cups pretty big for my ear. I wish there was a way to adjust the sides to tighten it but oh well. I use this on both PC and PS5 and it works great on both!

This is the first time I bought higher end gaming headphones and I am glad I did. Excellent sound, so comfortable and block out external sound…they compliment my PS5 so well. My only complaint is that they do not auto switch as you have go to sound in the PS5 to change sound output from ps5 to these. A minor inconvenience that I hope a future update will address.

Amazing pair of headphones for the ps5 amazing build quality the battery life is really good and the mic sounds good there’s only 2 downfalls about this microphone in the front of the ps5 there’s a usb type c slot u can plug in the little wireless usb thing it comes with but if U plug it in it blocks the usb slot right above causing into only use one or the other and the other downfall is that it is not meant for music there’s no bass at all but it’s amazing sound quality when gaming

Extremely comfortable headset with great sound. Mic mute and retractable arm are very nice features. Only thing I don't like is the USB dongle blocks both ports on front of ps5. That should have been engineered a bit better to prevent that from happening. Also the sound volume dial I would prefer to be a bit tighter so if you accidentally tap it the volume doesn't change. Those are minor gripes and this headset comfort and sound are amazing, which are the most important things to me anyway.

Been using them for few months now and I am liking them so far. The battery life is great. Good build quality. Overall sound quality is great and has got so many options to connect with console. They also have ability to be connected to phone via USB C. The only thing I am not liking is the charging port as it still uses some old port type (micro USB 2.0 I guess)

Worth every penny! Had the PlayStation Pulse 3D’s and couldn’t wear them for more than an hour without my ears hurting (I wear glasses). The Arctic’s 7Ps solved every issue I had with the pulses. Unbelievably comfortable, great sound profile, 3D audio enabled and 24 hour battery life. It’s 100% worth the price difference in my opinion.

Best headset I’ve ever owned! The sound is great on the PS4 Pro, PS5, and Nintendo Switch!! Can game for hours and it’s still comfortable. I’m a woman and have a small head and this headset adjusts perfectly for me! It’s made out of good materials, so I’m hoping for really good longevity. Yes, I would recommend this headset to my family/friend.

Love these headphones! Super comfortable and work great! These are way better than the PlayStation headphones I’ve used in the past. They offer really long battery life and the sound quality is awesome. Only negative thing about these is the dongle blocks a port on ps5.

Clear crisp sound which is decent they are not to bassy i can pin point sound when playing. Comfort is a 10 for me they are not to tight nor to loose on the head. On thing i noticed right away was the company not designing a better usb type C receiver it partially cover the usb port in the front. Last gripe is the volume wheel is sensitive, you’ll find yourself raising the volume up or down . Overall though decent headset

SteelSeries Arctic 7’s a good product mainly because you can hear yourself speaking in the headphones and you can adjust your volume separately from the other players volume. It has a mute button which shows a red light on your mic when you’re muted.

I went through a lot of gaming headsets, this is the most comfortable, the best sounding, has an amazing quality feel that doesn’t feel like plastic, the headset mic retracts to get the way when not using, highly recommend this product.

Love the headset extremely soft cushions. Great sound quality voice is crisp & clear. Only problem i have is when i play call of duty the headset sometimes cuts out aduio on the right side. I did replacement it & it still does it & it only does it with call of duty every other game it works perfectly fine. The other down side is that it still uses micro usb to charge.

Excellent product, i was a little iffy because i have a wired steel series headset for my PC and it's ok at best, but reviews were raving about these so i took a shot. I love them, being wireless is super convenient, amazing audio, very comfy, amazing charge so its long lasting. Highly recommend these.

Negatives: bass sounds and game explosions are extremely distorted at any volume ( to the point it hurts your ears at louder levels). Very disappointing given all the good things about these headphones. Little integrated features with PS5 ( must hook up to a desktop to adjust settings). Plus: extremely comfortable. Physically build is excellent. Battery life is awesome. Bottom Line: not certain if I got a bad pair, but this is the worst sounding headset I’ve had. They are built well and super comfortable for sure. The battery life is awesome. Surprising all the good reviews. Perhaps I have a pair that was built with rushed or inexperienced labor due to COVID. I’ve compared these to the new Turtle Beach and my old PlayStation and those sound 100% better. Will return and consider trying a new pair or purchase the new PlayStation model.

I had the Pulse 3D set before I had this, and I would personally pick this over the Pulse 3D. SUPER comfortable headset, my head doesn't ever feel like it's squeezed at all. Excellent sound and Mic pickup, good materials of construction. Pairs obscenely well with the PS5, the 3D audio is definitely a game changer

Headphones are comfy, have great 3d sound, and hold a charge for a loooong time. A bit tight on a large head, but better than most (which are much too tight). The color match to dualsense and ps5 is a nice touch.

I have to say, on the ps5 the sound on these headphones are absolutely amazing. 100% worth the money. SOO comfortable. Never even got remotely close to hurting my ears compared to my last set of headphones. Long charge, mic sounds great, and you can actually walk at least 40 feet without losing a touch of signal.
