Customers are saying
Customers frequently mention the excellent sound quality and comfortable fit of the Arctis 7P Wireless headset. Many also praise the long battery life and the convenient retractable microphone. However, some users note that the bass could be improved and that the maximum volume might be insufficient for some. A few also point out the use of a micro-USB charging port instead of USB-C as a drawback.

Nice while it lasted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ultimately I was satisfied with this headset. This was my first set of wireless headphones, and I was impressed. They worked for my PC, PS4, and Switch; which was exactly what I was looking for. I was a light user, only using it for gaming and audio calls about 10 hours a week. They made my ears a bit uncomfortable after about 1hr use at a time, but I was willing to overlook that because of the sound quality and wireless range and that's a normal problem I have with over-ear headphones. But after 2 years of relatively light use, the charging port cracked; and I can't get them to charge for more than a few seconds at a time. After seeing the new version of the product still uses a micro-usb to charge instead of a usb-c; I won't be purchasing the new version. I would expect an item of this price to last longer than 2 years of light use; and I'm not willing to spend $150-$200 on a device that already failed on me. The manufacture's warranty was only 1-year, which is what I expected; but I'm not willing to gamble on a like replacement. I'll be looking for something cheaper, or a different brand to replace them.

Don't Believe The Hype
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After hearing all the hype about the Arctis 7p, I decided to buy a set. Right out of the box, they felt incredible. Most comfortable headset I've ever worn... Then I heard them. I was met with constant crackling noises every time something happened involving low end frequency. I tried messing with the frequencies in the EQ settings of the engine. I tried a hard reset. Nothing worked. So I returned them to Steelseries thinking I had received a bad headset. After I got my replacement, I experienced the exact same problem. I'm highly disappointed how poorly these things handle low end frequencies. They are horrible. Just the Division 2 theme music on my PS5's title menu alone is enough to make them sound like they are falling apart. Highly disappointed.

Very disappointed. Wanted to love these!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love these! The quality and build are fantastic. Not sure if I got a lemon but they wouldn’t stay connected. Kept beeping in my ear. Had to return and ended up getting turtle beach.

Don't buy
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible horrible horrible. They lose signal like crazy, the thing can be in front of you and there's no signal and it lags your game. Sometimes obnoxiously loud without a purpose.

Had high hopes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good while it lasted. Unfortunately after 4 months, my headset's bluetooth functionality stopped working. I even replaced the dongle but no luck. Reverted back to Astro.

Great until it stopped working.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was great while it worked. It stopped working about 6 months after owning it. It will not connect wirelessly and when I connect the cord, I only hear a little bit of sound out of one side. I have reached out to Steel Series and have not heard a response back regarding my issue. It is under warranty still. I expected much more from this company and product.

Horrible mic. Stopped working properly.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got it on Apr 19th. So not even 2 months in. Starting a week or two ago, my friends kept saying my voice was cutting in and out. Well, what do you know, today it is barely working. They said they could barely hear my voice. I’m very disappointed, cause I paid a lot of money for it. And it stops working properly right after it’s return period ended. I will call Best Buy and ask if I can get it replaced or something at the very least.

Would NOT buy again. Waste of money.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After about a month of no issues, this mix turns off randomly and no matter what, it will not turn back on. They are fully charged too. Mic will randomly just decide it doesn’t want to play audio out of no where. Beyond infuriating.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has no base on the headset and 3D hearing it advertises doesn’t work well so you can not hear your surrounding in the game and feel very very flimsy
